Fantastic, helpful front desk staff and beautiful, spotless room with a balcony. Comfortable bed and the walk in shower were great too. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice including pastries, meats, cheese, fresh fruit and eggs made to order. The area of Palermo Soho is wonderful with lots of restaurants and Buenos Aires is such an amazing city. Pleno Palermo Soho is highly recommended. There’s even a small rooftop pool to relax beside. Loved it.

The hotel is in an excellent location and our room was large and spotless with a huge comfy bed. We had a balcony and a fridge to keep drinks cool. And a kettle with tea and coffee too. Complimentary water and a delicious breakfast including eggs cooked how you like them. There is a small rooftop pool which is great for relaxing and a small gym/sauna/steam room too. The staff at the front desk were also lovely and so helpful. Try the intimate Tango show at Bar Sur in San Telmo and we managed to see a match at the monumental stadium. Both were incredible. Buenos Aires is a fantastic city and we absolutely loved our stay. The only downside was that 3 nights weren’t long enough! We’d highly recommend the Pleno Palermo Soho. Safe, clean area with lots of restaurants and shops. We hope to return one day. Thanks to the staff.

The big thing going in favor of Pleno is its location in the center of Palermo.

The room was ok. It was slightly tired and the elevator was really loud and our bedroom was next to it.
