If I may suggest, towels should be provided in the swimming pool area so that guests do not wet the area in front of the elevator leading to the room.

I only stayed here for a day. The air conditioning wasn't cold. When I arrived in my room, there was candy trash on the carpet. There was no foot mat provided, so every time I left the bathroom, my feet were wet and the floor looked dirty. The sink was a bit clogged.

The AC wasn't cold enough. I complained and was told to wait, but the technician never showed up. The shower water was really bad, and the shampoo foam wouldn't go away.
