Our stay at the Grand Mutiara Hotel Berastagi was very pleasant, with its panoramic views and cool air. Even without air conditioning, we still had to use blankets due to the cold. My family and grandchildren were very impressed, as they rarely return to Tanah Karo. Hopefully, the hotel's service and facilities will continue to improve and be more enjoyable. Thank you.

Overall okay 👍🏻. Many entertainments like sheep and alpaca, nice view, fresh air, there is a swimming pool and a new cafe is being built. An experience with children, lots of flowers around the hotel.

Deluxe room, friendly staff. Breakfast variety is good. Day 1 felt lacking, but the second day it felt okay. Most importantly, the bed is okay, firm, so sleeping is comfortable. And the bed is big, with 2 children still able to sleep. Nice view. All in all, it's okay.

The hotel hasn't changed since its inception. The layout and design are the same, with the addition of alpacas and sheep now visible at the back of the hotel. Plenty of open space and open areas make it a comfortable hotel to stay in. Recommended for a repeat stay. Breakfast options are varied. There's also a pool. The hotel staff are all friendly. Parking is very spacious. In front of the hotel is an Indomaret for your needs. The location is quite strategic.
