I booked a 2 queen bed room in advance and when I showed up they had overbooked amd only had 1 bed rooms left despite booking in advance. The lady was very rude about it an insisted I never booked despite me showing the conformation. They didnt offer any sort of refund even though i paid in advance and without telling me sent a another charge on my card since the 1 bed rooms were more expensive. Unprofessional and i dont recommend booking there

We went to Abbotsford to attend an AHL hockey game. Hotel is close to Roger’s Forum and easy to get to.

This was the perfect spot for a quick one-night stay with our dog. The place was quiet, beds were comfy and staff were nice!

Parking is an issue. If you check in at dinner time no way to get a parking to the hotel as the restaurant is busy and customers take all the parking available. Should be dedicated parking for hotel customers. There was a large group booking and my room was right beside the group. Very noisy. Very disappointed that I was not able to move room. Hotel should think about putting the groups on the same level and the lowest level so they don’t disturb other guests.

I did not use the spa or gym.
