The hotel is gloomy, it looks like that, the service is not good and the fare to the airport is really expensive even though it is not so far away, the point is not okay, the food is dirty. Narrow anyway, not recommended.

I stay here for 4 nights in backpacker room. 6 bunk beds for female. It's super clean and spacious. All good except no towel. I got no problem with that. Bring your own towel ok!

I have been staying here for a transit to catch my flight for more than 5 times. Female dorm was perfect.

This hotel is bad for one of receptionist service. He is so bad to serve the customer. I don't want to be back this hotel again. I hope this hotel put the right person to be receptionist.

Actually for cleaning is good, the bad or even the worst is one of the receptionist man, i forget his name. And he has a bad attitude to the customer, he didn't know how to serve customer. Because of him, I promise not to book there anymore. That day after he served me bad, i didn't stay there and i booked other hotel just near from sri packers hotel.

Best hotel for backpacker because clean, quiet and friendly staff ready to serve us. Best recommended.

Very comfortable. The reception opens 24 hours but need to check in at the opposite hotel. It’s very convenient because the toilet is inside the room itself and also available at the hall.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, but the location of the hotel is far from the airport and takes 35 minutes by taxi to the hotel location, and the sutle bus provided to the airport is not free, but pay per person 11 RM and if the curfew is double the price normal.

I arrived at klia2 at 00:30 and forgot to order the shuttle car. then I email the hotel and they immediately respond by immediately sending the shuttle car. thanks

Comfortable and affordable hotel for transit. Although only booked dorm rooms, cleanliness and comfort are satisfactory and beyond expectations. Airport shuttle is also available at an affordable price.

Room is very comfortable and fun. Access to KL Airport only 20 minutes. Free WiFi. I think this is very recommended. Thanks.
