The place is very comfortable, safe, and peaceful. The rooms smell good, are clean, and very comfortable. The staff is friendly, kind, and very polite.

This is our third stay here. It's comfortable, strategically located, easy to find food, souvenirs nearby, and within walking distance to the beach. The service is also excellent.

The room was dirty, the linens moldy, and damp. Our family booked for two nights but only stayed one and then moved to another hotel. Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!

I found that the room was quite ok, the problem I had was my room is infested with small roaches. the second thing is that the hotel wifi is not very good and the phone signal inside the room is practically non existent. lastly, the hot water is too cold.

Cheap, clean, and good. Only one suggestion: replace the bathroom floor. It's very slippery when it gets wet. I almost slipped.

in the city center close to everywhere..but unfortunately the toilet area is very dimly lit. so if you want to clean it, I think the cleaning service will not be optimal because the toilet is very dim. maybe the lights should not be blue. breakfast is less varied. Most of them are spicy and not child-friendly. the playground is lit in the morning. at night it is turned on. so if children after breakfast want to play in the playground it seems like they are not allowed to play because the lights are deliberately turned off.

Next time I go to Bali, I want to stay here again, the hotel is clean, close to everywhere, the staff is friendly, the food is varied, I don't get bored, only the Wi-Fi is a bit slow, but it's still possible. Good👌

Thank you for excellent services. But I don't know why the 1st floor room was not operated, and the front desk says it's fully booked. In fact, at night all the lights in the 1st floor corridor were off.

Booked 1 room with 3 bedrooms, the floor of the room was dusty, maybe because there were few bookings, but overall it was okay. Access to everywhere is close.

Spacious room, suitable for bringing family. The bathroom lights are dim, a bit inappropriate in my opinion. The AC in the room is not cold and was also broken, fortunately the staff was quick. In the living room, it is a bit dirty and unkempt and there are cockroaches. Small parking lot only fits a few cars. The hotel atmosphere and hallways are dark. But for the location of the hotel is strategic, close to everywhere.
