The room was very clean and the staff were awesome

Light in bathroom was way too bright. Otherwise everything was pretty good. Bed mattress felt a little spring-y. AC would not go coller than 21 which was not awesome at night.

Our room was next to the ice maker which was very noisy.

It is clean and comfortable.

The hotel is in a good location, close to multiple restaurants and shops. You can access the pool if you ask for a separate key. Our room was 220 which was right behind the elevator so everytime someone used it we could hear the elevator running up and down. In the morning it was quite loud because people kept slamming their doors as they were going in and out of their room. The hallways echo and the walls are thin so that was frustrating

Be prepared for a long check in process. I have no idea why my card keys and invoice weren’t prepared in advance. So we waited for 20 minutes behind two other clients being served by two clerks before accessing a clerk for our own check in. My BW rewards earned me bottled water, and that was appreciated. The restaurant for breakfast was comfortable and the food was freshly prepared. The room was clean and spacious, the bed. Wrt comfortable. I love BW pillows.

Overall this was a great place to stay. Close to the Canadian Tire center and the Bayshore mall.

Nice room - location was key and we had a good nights rest here.

Spacious suites and well maintained. The outdoor pool was a lot of fun and large. The gym is well equipped but would benefit from extended hours (closes at 10pm). Parking is free and the location is convenient to drive to various points in Ottawa. There is also a bus stop right outside if you want to take public transit. There is a Shoppers Drug Mart and a Food Basics within walking distance as well. Breakfast is not included but there is an on site restaurant that is reasonably priced.

We stayed for four nights in our room on the fourth floor was filled with ants. Also a member of our party stepped on broken glass that obviously had not been cleaned from the last guests and cost her to bleed all over the place. When we advise the front desk they basically said oh OK. We will tell housekeeping to come and clean. We left the room for the day and came back and they did not tell us that they had sprayed bug spray, but told us on checkout when we indicated that there still were bugs in the room. They did not care to do any kind of make it right and said if you want to call a manager.
