Hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff very friendly. Beds are too small and protective plastic mattress cover is way noisy. Loved eveything except for the bed.

Very comfortable room. No bathtub though this is the only minus point in my view and the shower was a good one. Nice staff. Fabulous breakfast. Great location, views over market square lovely. Rooftop bar v pleasant. Close to transport as pretty much everything goes through the market square. Train station 15 min walk away. Would stay again. This is not a ‘fancy’ hotel but it’s very very good and far from basic.

It was a nice sized room. Very clean & quiet, and close to everything. Very central. Great breakfast, with lots of choice.

The location of the hotel is great. It is on the central square with a lot of bus stops to travel around to do sightseeing and to easily access the port. It is also close to shopping areas. Restaurant in the hotel is beautiful and dinner and breakfast were exceptional.

Seemed that the aircondition did not follow order to lower the temperature of the room from 23,5 C to 20C and could not get more fan speed either

Great location, new property and spacious rooms

Now THIS is a truly well-run and organized hotel! The AC worked well and was very quiet. The design of the room were well thought-out. The bathroom was spacious, with lots of counter space to put all your things. The staff were also professional and friendly. The hotel was also very close to many restaurants, parks, museums and the central train station too.

Very nice hotel in a great downtown location. The rooms are big and nicely furnished with a modern style. The breakfast buffet is really good. Staff are friendly and service is efficient. Nice rooftop bar with good drinks and a view of the city.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Turku with easy access to busses and taxes. Shops and other services were within walking distance. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast in the pleasant restaurant was amazing with plenty to choose from. The room was very tidy and pleasant with coffee making facilities and mini bar. Excellent bed and nice bathroom with good shower. Staff everywhere very helpful. We had a great stay!

Just fantastic - such a stylish hotel, and brilliantly located with great views, and really great value for money two special shout-outs: we traveled with our dog, and the room was set up especially for him, with a little goodie bag - what a nice touch! staff in restaurant Mas were super kind, and accommodating - greatly appreciated

A very nice comfortable hotel in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Great shower. The rooftop bar in the evening is a romantic spot to sit and enjoy the views with an excellent cocktail. We had an early train to catch. So they arranged a tax for us and had a free takeaway breakfast for us. Would definitely stay here again.
