Very stylish, modern hotel in a great location. Room was comfortable and staff friendly Breakfast was very good with lots of really tasty options to choose from.

The room was spacious and clean for one person. The staff was kind and accommodating. I arrived earlier than anticipated, and they got me into a room promptly. The location was beautiful on the river and close to the train station. I would definitely stay again!

Excellent staff, couldn't do enough, rooms nice, only thing is 12th knot is closed Sundays and Mondays

All the staff were lovely- such a warm friendly welcome from them all. Room was very spacious and the only thing lacking was a towel rail. FYI there are separate male and female steam rooms so we had to steam separately. Huge variety on offer for buffet breakfast and great location - short walk from Waterloo and to theatre land. We will be back

Fantastic hotel and location, rooftop bar is comfortable with a DJ playing, the staff were excellent in every department. Food was great too. Room was clean and well stocked.

Hotel is centrally located but nice and quiet. The family room was spacious, with two bathrooms (it's adjoining rooms). The staff is very helpful and friendly. The kids enjoyed the scavenger hunt, and little welcome teddy bears.

Not bad but the location is not ideal - was supposed to be offered an upgrade and it wasn’t even mentioned

It’s a nice place

Second time staying here. My room’s bathroom had that dirty pipe smell - and I had a pricey river view suite. Called for an ice bucket - I said I’d come downstairs but they insisted on bringing to my room - waited an hour then I called and cancelled it. Getting a couple of extra coffee pods was an absolute act of parliament. Will probably try elsewhere next time for the price vs service and smells, especially when I compare to my last stay.

Everything was perfect. Our room wasn’t quite ready so we got a free glass of Prosecco whilst we waited! Everything was great.
