Room on the 6th floor, nice view. Overall, the price is reasonable for the service, close to the center. Walk a bit to the stone church.

Nice hotel. Fast check-in and check-out. We arrived in Sapa at 6 am and were able to leave our luggage. We were also able to leave our luggage when checking out. This hotel has the best service.

From the hotel, you can see Sun Plaza and walk there. It's not far. The restaurant is spacious and has a variety of food. The reception staff is also lovely.

Spacious room, helpful staff, walking distance to restaurant and Sun Plaza. The hotel is located on the hill, so it offers a nice view from the room, but it also means lots of work to go up to the hotel.

It's a nice hotel for families. The staff are excellent; they treat us kindly even before check-in and after check-out, but it just needs improvement for the room interior because it's old style. For breakfast, we hope they just serve halal food.

Hotel ini benar-benar sangat baik, waktu tiba di Sapa masih pagi banget jadi kita dikasih ruang tunggu yang nyaman dan seharusnya cek in jam 2 siang malah dikasih jam 11 siang, luar biasa baik 😊.
