GREAT hotel in the heart of Phnom Penh, nice and professional service specially the lounge staff. breakfast OK. super deluxe room. amazing swimming pool view but little too small. anyway, we will come back for sure.

The breakfast is so lousy compared to my stay 2 years ago. Quantity was so little. Almost no choices and there was no refill after 8.30. Fortunately the room is clean.

Good hotel, good staff, good experience

This hotel is ideal for families in terms of staff service, room facilities, food and location.

For everything okay, beautiful swimming pool view.

As for location, cleanliness is quite good. But we were locked twice in the room and the hotel staff was forced to enter from the balcony to break the broken door lock. Quite disappointed because there was no apology from the hotel and we waited for about an hour and there was a decision to change rooms.

Actually it was OK for cleanliness and facilities, but my room key was broken and we were locked in the room. Forced to hotel team enter from the balcony. So far, it's okay, the location is strategic.

One thing I want to complain is my room key there are two at that time, one key is on me and one key is in the receptionist, so it seems very uncomfortable.
