We had a clean and comfortable room although you could perhaps use some air conditioning. It was quite warm.

The room was clean, the ocean view was awesome, breakfast was pretty good

We absolutely loved the view. We could walk to water and we loved watching ferries cruiseships, bear and whale watching boats go out. We weren't able to get to pool or fitness center. We enjoyed the breakfast. We initially got in the room and were chilly however as time went on we got pretty warm. We figured out how to use cold air fan. We also opened window. We enjoyed our stay

Hotel had cockroaches, and parking was awful. There are barely and designated spots for hotel guests. When arriving, there were no spots in the hotel parking and I was told to park further. When I asked what they would do about the cars using up hotel parking, they said “there’s an event, so just park further.” I paid for my room and parking, but I have to be the one to park further? That makes sense. As for the roaches, there were constantly new roaches every day, including in the room. We notified staff and they did not do much. Do be fair, it does seem they had pest control trying to take care of it. Many roaches kept being found dead just outside our doors each day.

There are a few misses, but overall ok

The. First room we had was not accessible as I thought I had booked. The staff were wonderful and the following morning they showed us a newly renovated accessible room which was perfect for our needs. Throughout our stay the staff were smiling, gracious and very helpful.

Good location, good price, modernized room, good breakfast

The properties public areas are dated and need an upgrade. The rooms have been updated. The breakfast buffet was good.

Central location across from ferry terminal. Shops and eateries close by. The tower guest rooms have no air conditioning, so it may get toasty. Simple breakfast buffet.

Clean, comfy hotel, heating and cooling did not seem to work. Excellent water views. Breakfast was good and fresh. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay again.

At first glance I was apprehensive, but we had a restful stay and fantastic service at the lounge.

Some fruit options for Breakfast would be fantastic. Otherwise the free breakfast was OK.

We had no heat in our room and it was chilly.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast medium (moderate variety, and ‘hot’ items only lukewarm). Heat not on in the room(!) and we needed some. View from 4th floor east side was great.

Room was very hot, fan remote not working, front desk unable to change battery, gave second fan instead, very noisy
