Outstanding hotel! The food is delicious and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this resort!

Wonderful ocean views and included amenities.

lovely location. breakfast had a huge variety of choices. one small challenge was information. i asked about boat trips, went to the activity desk, who said they weren't running, who sent me back to the front desk, who gave me a bus timetable. every time I asked a question I was handed more paper. this was after a 15 minute long check in where they explained random hotel details. I then had to go to another desk to make dinner reservations - at the hotel. hoping for a bit more efficiency in the future.

Jan was fabulous as we had to change plans and find a day earlier. Great to see his smiling face and great welcome at the station. Thankyou Jan. Onsen was perfect

Fabulous sunrise view over the ocean! Hotel is clean and comfortable. We stayed in the main tower; comfortable beds, although the decor is a bit dated/tired. The spa baths in the hotel were really lovely. Good beach activities for the kids. We found the Western buffet somewhat limited, and the hotel restaurants all closed very early (~9pm). No one at the front desk spoke English, but there were handouts in English. We were charged a spa fee that they did not tell us about (because they didn't speak English, and we didn't speak Japanese, unfortunately); but it was very small (~300 Yen per person), and the spas were lovely, so just a small note for future travelers to be aware. Great gift shop!

The stay is very comfortable. Dining variety and quality is great. The dance show at night is wonderful. The Onsen is clean and tidy.

The view from the hotel room was excellent. The breakfast menu was also excellent.

立地もロケーションも素敵な場所でした。お風呂も開放感があり気持ちよかった。部屋は二間なのでイビキがうるさいなど気にする人は別部屋に行けてよかった。 ただ、階上の足音やとなりの話し声まで聞こえて夜はうるさかった、残念‼ また、行きたいなあとは思えました。

Main minus for us was that all rooms faintly of cigarette smoke. But many pluses: two nice hot springs inside the hotel, the one on the higher floor with a nice view and sauna. Great pool and access to the beach and the rooms are very comfortable, clean (aside from smoke smell, for which I rated a 3), and our room had a terrific view of the sea and a big balcony. Many, many families with children here, but we came on a holiday weekend in the summer so it may not always be like this. The staff was very attentive (especially to the children, they were great). Several restaurants which were very good but crowded; make reservations. Breakfast buffet also very good but, again, crowded. Hotel is a short drive to all the great sites in Naruto, including the whirpools and Otsuka Museum.

部屋は空きが出たということで、別館からメインタワーにアップグレード頂き、お風呂までが近くなり快適に過ごせました。 阿波踊りも素敵でした。 食事環境はあまり良くなかったです。 和食にしましたが、臨時スペースで食べることになり食事処外の廊下のようなスペースで朝食をとりました。 この金額でこれはない、またオンラインでの順番予約制の旨も案内はなかったです。(浴場の廊下に看板があったくらい) だいぶ遅い朝食となりました。 受付の方が順番を呼ぶ声も雰囲気を壊していました。食べ放題会場に来たのではなく休暇を過ごしに来たので残念でした。 余計なお世話かもしれませんが、運用方法の改善、食事処の確保をした方が良いと思います。明らかに宿泊者数と席数の回転が見合ってなかったです。(食事開始時間指定制にするとか…) 次回の利用はないと思います。他にもお料理美味しくてゆったり食事ができて眺めの良いホテルはありました。

第２駐車場への移動が少し面倒でした

建物自体は年月が経っている感じはありますが、清掃はきちんとされていて清潔で開放感があります。お部屋も広く，バルコニーから見える海にはとても癒されました。夜寝る時も波の音が心地よかったです。 温泉も2ヶ所あるので朝も晩も楽しめました。 今回数ヶ所を旅した中で一番快適に寝られました。 スタッフの方達も親切丁寧です。 カフェのスイーツも地元の物を使ったものが多く美味しかったです、是非食べてみてください。 夜　阿波踊りを見せていただけるのですが 最後に全員で踊って楽しかったです。

夫婦でゆっくりできました。夕食のフレンチは、コスパ高く美味でした。 特に、大塚国際美術館に行かれる方には、とても便利です。

写真より部屋が広く感じ、清掃が行き届いていました。 フロントの案内、ホテルのレストラン内のスタッフ皆さんの対応も良かったです。 3階での宿泊でしたが、オーシャンビューも楽しめました。
