I liked the family rooms being big enough for our family but it felt tired with marks in the walls and it felt like school halls rather than a hotel. Probably because it is a favourite with Schools…

A total mistake on my part making a booking at this hotel. It's inadequate in every way possible, no proper en suite, awful towels, etc. etc. I do not understand how a family could cope in these so called family rooms. Unfortunately I did not realise it is trying to be a theme type experience, rather than being a 'proper" hotel. We arrived at 5 pm and there was no parking available. The reception, corridor flooring etc. is as scruffy as you can get. I hope this helps to dissuade you from booking this hotel.

Overall a good hotel. The food is good, and served in a fun venue. The evening buffet has something for vegetarians but it's overpriced unless you eat meat. This is common for the region. I suspect the food is of a very high quality. The pirate theme is great for kids, and make the place a bit different for adults. The dining room is lovely to look at. The main drawback at certain times of the year is that the hotel isn't air conditioned. If it's not hot weather, this won't matter.

Great hotel for the kids loved the Pirate theme and lay out of the beds.

Quirky Hotel; kids liked the pirate theme. Buffet restaurant really good, and excellent value (for France), with entertainment for the children thrown in, and all staff dressed in elaborate pirate costumes. Would definitely recommend for the restaurant alone.

Perfect for our needs. Clean, 5 bed family room and walking distance to Futuroscope. Restaurant next door if you needed it with small games arcade and children's entertainment some evenings. Very easy to get to from N10.

The room is too small, little space to put the luggage.

Staff are welcoming, rooms are small, smells strongly of urine in the toilet, shower area too small, luckily only stayed one night

Nous avons connu un souci de porte, le système électronique ne fonctionnant plus pendant deux jours. La chambre était correctement entretenue

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant 3 jours 2 enfants 2 adultes malgré les commentaires que nous avons pu lire de certaines personnes nous avons trouvé cet hôtel très bien la literie était effectivement un peu dur mais tout à fait convenable certains commentaires jugent cet hôtel par rapport à des grands hôtels alors qu'il paye le prix d'un hôtel petit prix dans le coin du Futuroscope honnêtement il était propre agréable pas bruyant après les heures de rentrée du Futuroscope l'eau était bien chaude nos enfants étaient très contents des lits superposés et les réceptionnistes ont été très sympathique le seul petit pas mal et tous les restaurants à côté en forme de buffet que nous n'avons pas apprécié mais ça ça reste au goût de chacun merci pour votre accueil

L'hôtel est trop bruyant jusqu'à tard le soir. Les chambres petites pour accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes. Le restaurant des pirates n'est pas de super bonne qualité

L’établissement est un peut vieillissant pas très confort la literie pas confortable et pas éclairage sur le parking dans le noir total le personnel rien à dire le petit déjeuner reste simple mais correct et dommage que le restaurant n’ai pas dans l’hôtel et que la salle d’arcade aussi

Das Zimmer war Ok, aber zum Frühstück musste man bei Regen außer Haus ins Nebengebäude.

Très bon séjour. Le personnel d'accueil est très sympa et à l'écoute. La décoration est belle.
