Clean, tidy, good loacation

Great staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Air conditioning good. Only downside is shower could be more powerful but useable and a big shower. Continental breakfast had good selection of meats and cheese as well as bread, cearals and yogurt Close to Tower of London, Tower Bridge, the city and Aldgate underground station.

Clean room, welcoming staff, excellent lounge/bar area.

It was a great night stay. The staff went out of their way for my wife’s birthday!! Chocolates in the room and also gave us a free meal. It was great. Walking distance to the Tower of London. Awesome restaurant next door. Will stay there again next time through

Clean and very small room, parking not on site.

Too basic and noisy for me but was conveniant to the venue I wanted to go to.

Lovely clean room. Very comfy bed and quiet location. Lovely, clean, modern bathroom Only a 2 minute walk from Aldgate tube station, so great location for exploring Central London Staff really helpful - found a room available for early check-in. Even supplied complimentary toiletries that we had forgotten

Good hotel. The bed wasn’t great (I turned the mattress around and it was better) plus there was a slight drain smell in the bathroom. It was otherwise I great hotel and good value

Small room for £110 a night, but is the going rate in London but could get a bigger and nicer room in the doubletree for that, staff seemed miserable and didn’t smile during the check in & out process

Room had crumbs on floor not cleaned

Lots of restaurants in the area. Easy access to Tower Hill tube
