I am from Switzerland and I have stayed at Hotel Chennai Le Palace more than 10 times. Every visit has been a very good experience. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming — they treat guests almost like family members. Whenever a customer needs something, they try their best to help quickly and respectfully. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service is excellent, the location is convenient, and the price is very good for the quality. I always feel safe and comfortable staying here. That is why I keep coming back again and again. A big thank you to the management and all the staff. I highly recommend Hotel Chennai Le Palace to anyone looking for a friendly, clean, and reliable place to stay.

Please dont visit this i have been here for a reception of my sister ..the apple spa is wrost the lady in there is wrost I went for threading she pulled the skin so badly it gave me itchy rash and acne on forehead and chin .and sides of my face..my skin became ugly after her threading session. body massage was also not good its painful aftr massage..for saree draping they charged 1500 on their menu it showed 500 and just to come from 3rd floor to 7th floor for draping they charged 500 extra ..its been 4 days my rash not coming down it gave me very bad experience they are not professional never go for apple spa in this hotel. I had to visit doctor because of my rash cant explain my pain in words..In 7th floor all the water leaking and big black holes in the top slap totally disappointed with my visit and regretting so badly for the visit ..I will give zero rating for them..

I booked this hotel for a business trip after checking the online reviews. The rooms are big and spacious with the hotel located at a central location, that's where all the good things end. To my surprise, this place turned out worst than showed in the reviews. Had issues right from the time I checked in. The passage has a carpet which is dirty, the food and drinks are overpriced. They charge 220 for a beer pint and don't offer any snacks along with it. I understand no smoking rooms, but no outside food allowed was new. No towels were provided and it took three calls to get them. Everyday you have to get a breakfast coupon from the reception without which breakfast won't be served. Booked for 4 nights with breakfast, they denied breakfast on the last day stating it was only a room booking. The breakfast location changes everyday and there's only 1 working elevator. They only serve RO water, bottled water is chargeable. None of this is mentioned at the time of booking and drops on you like a bomb as one would expect a regular 3 star property treatment. AC too takes time to cool the room which in this weather is another misery. The absolute worst part is they only accept cash or credit card, no online payments. This is the most pathetic experience I've had in Chennai, would NOT RECOMMEND this place.

Excellent ambiance, Service also excellent, Food extremely very nice. Over all all things are excellent including cleanliness, behaviour of staff. Really enjoy stay at hotel.

I would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful experience we had while celebrating our son’s 14th birthday. The entire event turned out to be truly memorable, and a big part of that credit goes to the exceptional food and service provided. Starting with the buffet, the quality and taste of the food were simply outstanding. The non-vegetarian dishes were a huge highlight—especially the mutton biriyani and chilli fish, which were absolutely delicious and became the favorites among our guests. On the vegetarian side, the pulao, paneer butter masala, and peanut salad were equally impressive, well-prepared, and full of flavor. One of the most remarkable aspects was that the food was consistently served hot and fresh throughout the event, right until the very end. This is something many guests noticed and appreciated. In fact, several of our friends and family personally called us after the function just to compliment the food, which truly speaks volumes about the quality and service. The desserts were the perfect finishing touch, both the gulab jamun and payasam were incredibly tasty and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. We would also like to specially thank Manager Mr. Kani for his outstanding support and professionalism. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and ensured that everything was delivered exactly as promised. It was very reassuring to see his commitment reflected in every aspect of the service. Additionally, the venue itself was excellent. The hall was spacious and comfortably accommodated 200+ guests. The arrangements for the video booth, DJ setup, and birthday stage were all well-organized and added great energy and enjoyment to the celebration. Overall, we are extremely happy and satisfied with the entire experience. Everything from food to service to ambiance, exceeded our expectations. Thank you once again for making our son’s birthday celebration so special and memorable. We would gladly recommend your services to others and look forward to future events with you.
