The front desk lady was polite and helpful. She answered all my questions and had a great welcoming smile.

Good value for money, the room was clean and the staff helpful.

Room was clean but tiny. No aircon and this didn’t help with the weather hitting 35degrees. Staff were friendly and simple check in procedure. The property is not in a set building so if you are booking as a group be aware you may be separated in different buildings on the street. Nice area with decent restaurants and bars close by.

Great little room with en-suite for an over night in WHampstead. Perfect location, near all rail stations, restaurants, and grocery. If you don’t have toiletries (only hand soap is provided) Tesco Express is nearby. Check in and check out was super clear and easy, great communication throughout. Highly recommend.

Great room, location and staff.

It was all better than expected. I don't usually stay in London and went with this location and hotel for the Jubilee line to the o2 area. Everything was perfect. Close to the train station, lots of local eating places, and an amazing room to stay for 2 nights for 4 guests. Would definitely book again.

Hotel was going through a building renovation staff did there best to minimise disruption it didnt really impact my stay room was clean and tidy

Had a great stay here, my room was modern and spacious, and the staff on site were friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant too. Hope to be back in the future!

Clean warm comfortable ensuite room with a handy little kitchen - we didn't use all the facilities but it was very useful to have a fridge and breakfast bar and the shower was great . Considering it was just off a main road and so close to the Thameslink it was a nice quiet street and we slept very well . Great selection of cafes / restaurants / shops very close and great transport links to everywhere in London and beyond . Slightly unpleasant smell in the bathroom on arrival but I would definitely stay again . The staff were also helpful and it was reasonably priced for the area we were in.

Everything was clean (ie, room, towels, bed sheets and shared bathroom). Room is comfortable. House location is also very good.

Our stay was very pleasant. We liked the location - just a few blocks from the Tube and train. There were good places to eat breakfast nearby and restaurants in the evening. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable compared to other places I have stayed in London. Recommended.

On arrival we were told our room was 3 minutes walk from the actual address of the Charlotte Hotel. Our other family members were in a 3rd property altogether. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little aged but clean and tidy with drink making facilities. Be sure to book separate parking!

Good place to stay for a short time.

The reception staff were great, so friendly and helpful. Booked the triple room and it was spacious and clean. No aircon, which was inconvenient during the summer heatwave.

We found the facilities to be on a par with any hotel we have used. What was excellent was the quietness we needed after along flight from NZ The staff were so helpful. We would stay there again
