Rooms were ok. No hot water. Parking was 15 even the sign said 10. Overall it was ok close by the falls-10 min walk. You get what you pay for

The room I stayed in at this motel was not well maintained. There were stains on the carpet, and the corners of the room had spider webs. The bed sheets also appeared old and not very clean. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. However, my security deposit was not returned because the motel claimed a blue bed sheet was missing, which I do not believe was related to my stay.

For the price and location it was good. We were just looking for a place to stay on Niagara because we would be out most of the time. Very little amenities and when we arrived there was no attendant at the front desk, had to call a number and wait for someone to arrive. Otherwise it was a very decent stay.

Extra charge for parking, tried to charge extra for the early check in just because we wanted to leave the car at the hotel parking before we checked in. Over all experience was ok.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Mais à noter frais de stationnement en supplément. J'ai trouvé du stationnement sur rue gratuit à moins dans les rue à proximité.

Employees in the front desk were trying to help 4 customers at the same time, making longer the wait. Room was ok, toilet was dirty, did not have a blanket, tv had couple of channels.

This was the second time that I stayed here and was very happy with the accommodation.

I like this property walkable to restaurants, the falls, and casino and OLG stage. Rate is bit pricey. They should improve on their toiletries. This time we were cold there’s no heat somehow we asked for extra blankets that help us warm through the night. It’s not so comfortable for long stay.

They charged $16 for parking after we were guest . The room very old fashioned and nothing like a regular hotel . The worker there was very nice the guy who worked behind the desk . He was great to give us extra pillows . The hotel was very disappointed. Would never stay there again

I had a very disappointing experience at this motel. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong, unpleasant smell. It didn’t seem properly cleaned at all—we even found trash under the bed. The bathroom was also not clean, with hairs left behind, which made it uncomfortable to use. Overall, the place felt dirty and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here.
