Very clean room and helpful staff. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby national parks. Parking was easy. Pool and hot top were great.

We are two families visited and booked two rooms for 2 nights.As soon as we entered into the building everyone noticed bad smells and we noticed same smell from the rooms and hallways. It was bad experience.

Prestige Golden Inn is conveniently located right along the highway, making it very easy to find. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the customer service was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel was clean, safe, and well maintained. Our room was spacious, with a huge, comfortable bed and a large bathroom. A nice touch was having a TV in the bathroom, which made the stay feel a little more luxurious. I also appreciated that the toiletries—including the shampoo, lotion, and other amenities—were allergy-friendly. The bedding was very comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would happily recommend Prestige Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Golden.

Great, clean and affordable place to stay in Golden while we explored the area. Close to kicking horse, golden skybridge, cedar lake, and lots of restaurants. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice way to relax. The restaurant had a really tasty menu and lovely staff but it is expensive, although everything else in the area was as well.

No wash cloth or hand soap The shower makes screeching noise

Hotel is bit run down, rooms are very dark need more light, the ac unit is so inconsistent and noisy.

The only missing was an affordable breakfast option nearby

Great location, amenities and the toiletries smelled and felt great. Hoping prices would be better.

Comfortable beds, well appointed rooms, quiet nights and a delicious new restaurant are key highlights of this hotel.

Our reservation was not known to the staff. Fortunately, they could find it in the Expedia portal. It just had not synced with their system. So they did give us a room.

It was a place to sleep,

Small issue with our first room that they resolved quickly for us. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who offered to help us move our stuff. Second room was great. Large comfy beds. Pool was a little cool. Hot tub was ok but could stand a better cleaning. Restaurant in the hotel had good food and big portions. Only like 7 minutes from Golden Skybridge

Overall good stay on our way home from Calgary. Clean rooms, restaurant and liquor store close. Easy to grab breakfast at a nearby tims in the morning too!

Location of hotel is convenient, it is quiet and cozy. The restaurant has nice menu.

Old carpet, need improvement

Nice one night stay. Had a unit with a counter top range. Did not utilize it though. The onsite restaurant was nice, Good food and Good Service
