Avoid this place! We booked this hotel for our honeymoon to spend time in Munich. At our arrival, it was clear that this place was not clean. In the hallway leading to our room, the carpet was very dirty, as well as the walls. There was junk outside our room door. In the room, the carpet was stained, the walls were stained, the headboards had stains and crust, and there was dust everyone. All the furniture was warnout. It was so bad, I decided to leave the hotel with my wife and head to another hotel. When I told the front desk, they where not really helpful, other than to suggest the maid clean the room. It needed a major deep clean. Don't book this hotel, it's not worth it.

We stopped here on our overnight on a drive across Europe. Don’t make the same mistake we did. It is a huge completely deserted complex after midnight, and has something of the Overlook Hotel about it. Poor or absent lighting in communal areas. You wouldn’t feel safe alone. Very tired rooms in the apartments section, and a generally unwelcoming atmosphere. Junk right outside our room. Beds okay and we slept well but at this price there are many many better options out there. Update: went to pay and receptionist asked us to mail boss as she was aware of problems… then on top of it all - no coffee as coffee machine was broken. All in all, avoid.

Rooms were ok, but not amazing. No balcony, no aircon, no bath. It was not bad for the price we paid but not amazing either. Staff was friendly, the apartments had a weird smell. Private parking was very nice. The entrance, exit, parking garage and reception were all very difficult to find. Many seperate buildings, not many signs explaining where to go. Ive met a few other guests who couldn't find there way around either. They use emergency exits as a normal exit. Very confusing. Overall not a bad experience though, we slept well and it was nice and quiet. The employees spoke english well thanks
