The room was seemingly clean. The toiletries looked half full like they had been used before and not replaced. The Furry lounge chair in the room, looked like there had been some questionable acts taking place on it. Requested a wake up call from the staff never received one and missed my flight. The guy at the front desk said that he called, the phone never rang. I was also booked on the shuttle and you would think that when someone requests a wake up call and doesn’t answer, then doesn’t show up on the shuttle as scheduled, that they would have made an effort to either knock on the door, or kept calling until someone answered. I could’ve been dead in the room and no one would have known. Then they didn’t have another shuttle for over an hour so I had to pay for an Uber $20 then pay the airline $150 to put me on a different flight. No apology, no explanation. Would not stay here again. Also, my room was supposed to have a tub, but only had a shower.
