Great place in a fab location. Very professional and helpful staff. The word ‘hostal’does not justify this place. It should be given a much higher rating. Very clean and comfortable. Good aircon. Tea making facilities in the room. The shower cubicle may be a little small for a larger individual. Walking distance from shops and restaurants. Area is a little hilly but a lift that takes people from below to the higher areas is brilliant. Fantastic views of the harbour and marina, we sat there and watched the sunset. A calm and quiet location. A trip on the taxi or bus to the opposite side of the island to Ciutadella takes around 40 mins also a great place to spend the day. All in all this ‘hostal’ is highly recommended. To the authorities- please remove this word from your advertising sites as it gives the wrong impression. Thank you

Neat little hotel in a very central walkable spot. Lots of restaurants and food options nearby. Easy walk to the waterfront and shopping streets.

Love this visit, felt like family. Great room, friendly helpful staff, breakfast was perfect (even for Sin Gluten person). So handy to everything, the port, the old city, the bus and the market. Wonderful

This was our first visit to Mahon and Menorca …. We loved everything about the hotel and the island .

For the price I paid I was expecting a bigger room. Room was comfortable but small. My only complaint was cigarette smell coming through the ac vent.

Room seemed completely new and very clean. There is no kettle in the room, but coffee and tea is available at reception. Very central location. Beds very comfortable. TV only showed Spanish programmes, which wasn't a problem for me. Would definitely stay again.

The best location in old town Mahon! Nice and clean! I was upgraded to a double room so l spent 10 days in great confort! My favorite place to stay in Mahón! Will be back in September

It is clean, no frills but everything you need is there AND the situation is perfect! I Go to Mahon every 2 months and l have tried several hotels in different price ranges but keep comming back to Jume

Please look no further than Hostal Jume! The rooms are spotlessly clean, the staff is so accommodating and friendly like a family, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, and equipped with just the amenities you need. The price is always incredible for what you get, and the breakfast is delightful. There is good A/C in all rooms. Jume is so central to absolutely everything, and if you want to go anywhere else outside of Mahon, the staff is more than happy to help you arrange it. I will absolutely stay here every time I come and can’t recommend it enough to all my friends. If you want to feel charmingly at home, Jume is the place to stay.

The hotel has all the necessary things to sleep well and shower. Rooms are very clean and with all the basic needs.

Excellent friendly and helpful service. Comfortable, recently modernised rooms that are reasonably priced. Situated close to Mahon harbour, city centre and not far from the bus station. Second time I have stayed here and would not hesitate to return.

I only stayed one night and had an early flight to catch, but it was a very cozy and interesting place, with a nice view of the harbor. The wifi was very weak in the room and almost impossible to use, and the TV was very basic, so I thought the price was a bit high for the services. However, I would like to stay again in the future because of the view and location.

My first time in Mahon and I was very happy with this location in the old town, good for the harbour (but you walk down to the harbour via steep steps or ramp). It is about 15 mins walk from the bus station. The hotel is newly opened and refurbished in a clean modern style. The bathrooms have not been totally refurbished but were perfectly ok. Although there is a lift from reception, there are stairs up to there and to some rooms, so bear this in mind if mobility is an issue for you. I stayed 2 nights and towels were changed; personally I don't feel is necessary to change towels every day.

The check in was easy and smooth. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was superbig and they change sheets every day. The only thing I didn't like is that we had to call to enter if it was later than 12am (even though they opened quite quick)

Our room was quite old fashioned but was very clean and had a separate bedroom for the kids. Staff were helpful. Perfect base for spending a few days in Mahon

Centrally located in Mahon, only ten minutes walk from bus station with good connections to rest of Menorca. Reasonably sized bedroom, acceptable bathroom, pleasant lighting due to east facing aspect of my room on third floor (this was just a matter of luck as other rooms of same type face internal courtyards and do not get much natural light), accurate daily cleaning, nice common spaces (sofas and coffee tables on landings), good breakfast room and hearty varied breakfast
