Nice, helpful and welcoming staff. Lovely grounds and building. A nice buffet breakfast in the morning. Spacious, clean room. Lift was broken during visit wasn't an issue for us.

Nice location, not a lot included.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The staff were polite, kind and helpful particularly when we had difficulty switching on the shower, which we appreciated. However, we were unable to connect to the WiFi the hotel could not provide or sell a basic toothbrush. The room was advertised as soundproof despite us hearing considerable noise from guests in the corridor, especially in the morning.

The room was extremely hot due to the weather and one fan provided wasnt enough to cool the room. The full length mirror was behind the hanging facility

This property was absolutely stunning. The grounds were delightful and relaxing, and it was lovely to sit outside and enjoy a drink in the gardens. Parking was easy and secure close to our room, the room was huge, clean, comfy, airy and had a small fridge which was great to keep drinks cool. We would certainly stay here again 👍

Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are amazing. The hotel and rooms are a little tired in places but for the price, cleanliness and staff it’s one of my favourite places to stay in the area

Rooms and shared areas are spotless. The staff are fantastic and lovely to deal with. The hotel is a little tired, but the cleanliness and staff more than make up for it.

For a night stay hotel was suitable for our needs. You can tell the rooms are very dated. The chair for the desk has peeling leather and was wonky. AC/Heating wasn't working properly. The outdoor card lock to annex wasn't functional. Anyone could walk into the building to be honest. Bed was comfortable. Staff i had encountered were nice.

The lift was faulty and remained so throughout my 1 week stay. No attempt to repair it. Also the internet was not available for streaming, only for your phones. The room heater had a mind of its own and didn’t work properly. The cleaning crew did a swell job. Breakfast was okay but no variety.

Lovely hotel close to center great for parking and lovely staff

Room 30 was in adjacent building with no heating. There was an electric radiator heater which was inadequate and not in good condition. When we complained the solution was to add an even worse condition electric radiator.

Great staff very accommodating and helpful

The staff were very coutious and kind. Also the room was very clean would stay there again.
