This place is adequate at best. Don’t let the internet fool you. It’s kind of a dump.

The room was not clean and dity

The pictures were misleading. The sheets on the bed were worn. The shower was dirty. I didn't think to specifically look for A/C in the listing for my room thinking every room in Mexico should offer A/C right? No. The ceiling fan makes a tapping sound that will keep you up all night if you choose to use it. They also offered a free standing vertical fan, but there there no electrical outlets conveniently located to connect the fan. I had to place the fan on top of a chair to position it to connect to an electrical outlet.

Está bien céntrico y cerca de todo, el restaurante muy bueno, el servicio muy bueno excepto por uno que estaba en el mostrado, Salvador muy rude no cordial, y me cobró 400 más por noche por agregar un acompañante cuando la tarifa dice 200 más. De ahí en fuera estaba bien el hotel, tenía buen precio gracias a expedía y creo eso no le pareció a este empleado, de ahí en fuera todo muy bien. En noviembre del año pasado lo use y este año otra ves .

Nos recibieron las maletas antes de la hora del check in para no tener que esperar, excelente servicio y cerca de una estación de metro

We were always on a tour, hence did not explore the area

There are a lot of stores nearby, also a different restaurants from Mexican to Chinese food, tacos , tortas, tanamles, pretty near to the Zócalo, metropolitan Cathedral, a lot of museums, it's in the heart of Mexico City

Todo bien con el staff y el cuarto, notamos que necesita falta de mantenimiento en las instalaciones, por lo demás sin problema, el restaurante riquísima la comida
