Check in staff was lovely. Room was clean and spacious.

Everything was good but didn’t love the extra charge for early check in as they described as an “upgrade”. It would be nice if they had breakfast included for the price they charge.

Room upgraded, excellent staff, wonderful attached restaurant where enjoyed an excellent dinner.

There was one little bar of soap and one tiny tube of shampoo supplied. The air conditioning did not work well. It was not possible to cool the room. I would not stay there again.

I stayed at the Sandman Hotel Oakville for a recent business trip, and unfortunately, it did not meet the standards required for a work trip. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. When traveling for business, a clean, reliable, and well-maintained environment is essential for unwinding and prepping for the next day. While the hotel’s location is convenient and the front desk staff were pleasant, the sub-par upkeep and housekeeping issues heavily detracted from the stay. Management needs to step up their quality control. I will likely look for alternative accommodations on my next trip to the area

There is something sharp in the carpet just before you enter the bathroom. Not sure what it was.
