The room was covered in mold and smelt like urine

Most rooms on first floor were with mold, due to the pool being in the center of hotel that builds lots of moisture, the staff relocated us to the second floor which was ok and yet we end up sick and having antibiotics for a week,

Yes, we're easy to found parking, just a little problem with the toilet .

The bed sheets and towels need to be changed they are dingy.

Clean room

The lobby was a bit hectic with only one person working and checking everyone in. Took a while to actually get to the room because of this. The WIFI was not working due to overload, quite interesting situation. The rooms were okay enough, the cleanliness is meh. It can hold you over for the night.

The reservation/Front desk personel are not friendly and they provide zero help. Lack of constumer service and professionalism.

Area was great, pool was so dirty you could not see the bottom. Pillows were yellow and towels were so over use and rough. Receptionist Angela have terrible costumer service. Window in the bathroom that was behind the sieve were bent up and could not even close.
