Absolutely stunning and stylish Hotel not far from city center. Friendly and attentive staff. Cleanliness and pleasant colours. The personal prepared surprise for our anniversary -cakes were absolutely delicious and warm postcard☺️ That was very touching! Thanks very much for the service and see you next time☺️

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. Overall, our impression is positive: the reception staff were excellent – polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The restaurant was also great – tasty food, clean, and a pleasant atmosphere. The room itself deserves special mention – it was amazing: very spacious, almost like an apartment, with a living area, a workspace, a hairdryer, and all the necessary amenities. It was very comfortable to stay in. However, we have major concerns about housekeeping. During the entire 7-day stay, our bed linen was never changed, the room was not vacuumed once, dishes were never washed, and soap and shampoo were not replenished. The only things that were done were changing towels, taking out the trash, and bringing toilet paper. The plate with welcome cookies from check-in is still here, along with dirty glasses. The tea cups were replaced once, but tea bags were never restocked. Overall – excellent reception and restaurant service, and a great room, but very poor housekeeping. If housekeeping improves, the hotel definitely deserves its 4 stars, but at the moment, the real level is closer to 3★.

The hotel is located slightly outside the city center, but it’s still within walking distance of the main points of interest (or a short bus ride away). The rooms are in excellent condition and well maintained, with everything you need. The breakfast is rich and varied. The prices are reasonable, and the hotel is situated in a relatively quiet area.

I will never come here again. You simply cant rest here because there are a lot of Cuban/Mexican cleaning workers that are loud and shouting in the morning when everyone is sleeping.. They dont clean rooms throughly, they simply spray the bed and return old sheets - i saw them doing that. You cant ask cleaners for toilet papers or towels since they dont speak English or Serbian and i can't speak Spanish. Toilet seat was dirty. Looks like menagers doesn't care about hotel at all.. Receptionists were nice, food was mediocre. If i was you, i would avoid this hotel.

Great location. There were some small issues with the strength of water and strange heating) Breakfast is very common.
