Every staff member we have dealt with has been very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are awesome.

Contrary to the sales pitch the rooms come with no views, and look directly into the building next door. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The front desk staff is arrogant and obnoxious. The surrounding area is limited as to items of interest.

The breakfast was excellent with lots of varieties and freshness. We enjoyed our stay so well.

Well appointed room with lots of room and a comfortable bed. A large balcony had a partial ocean view where we could watch the Quadra ferry come and go. The door to the balcony had a good seal and we could not hear any outside noise once it was closed. My only issue was that although check in time was listed as 3 pm, the room was not ready and we had to wait for about half an hour. The included breakfast had a good variety of choices.

The rooms were quite clean with very friendly staff. I would’ve loved to have had some yogurt at breakfast but did not see any. I did not go into the hot tub although I did do the treadmill and I very much enjoyed that! Overall, great stay!

Stayed for 3 nights, breakfast was good, started to repeat by 3rd day. Clean rooms, good to have non smoking and no pet room for those with allergies to pets.

Fantastic breakfast. We couldn't figure how to turn on the lights for the pool in the evening, but we had enough evening light come through the windows that it wasn't an issue.

Clean, modern and helpful staff

Very clean with a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very basic with not many fresh options. My biggest complaint would be all of the scented product in the room. It's time a line of hotels took the lead on this and made their hotels scent free.

Check in and out was smooth, and both employees I dealt with were kind and welcoming. Room was clean, and my daughter loved swimming in the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. Really liked the free cappuccino in the lobby, and sad we had breakfast plans as breakfast looked decent! Definitely will be back! Thanks for having us!
