We stayed here for 3 nights and i am very satisfied. Room was clean. Staff were very friendly. Pools were nice and clean. We had 2 breakfasts here and it was very good and nice portions. One dinner and it was great with a bonus, there were stand up comics. We also spent a day at Noah spa with massage. This was also great . Thank you

All is very nice. They do need to improve their beds. Platform bed I slept on was comfy, but makes noise when you move anso too low to the ground. Seems as though it is broken in some way, as if it was jumped on. Couch is too low also. Is was a good pull out bed though. Warm, clean, nice amount of items for cooking, great hot tub.

It’s such an unique and cozy hotel, we spent a wonderful weekend with my family in chalet #34, the place was beautiful and spacious with private jacuzzi, we also enjoyed the on-site Spa and restaurant, all staff were friendly and welcoming. It’s only 40mins away from Québec City, if you are in the area highly recommended for a nice get away!

Beautiful room, very modern (yet close to nature) and full of light, in perfect taste. Location is a bit far from anything I would want to visit, but the hotel is perfect for a weekend getaway. We were there for a wedding and the venue itself was perfect for that purpose, and I would not hesitate to organize a social event there. Service was efficient and very professional.

The hotel experience was quite positive. A daily replacement of the coffee pucks would be nice, and a kettle for tea would also be welcome improvement. The restauarant however could not have been more rude. I made a reservation and when I showed up at the reservation time I was scolded to think they could seat me when they had a large party arrive late and they still hadn’t taken their orders. I got an earful of everything that was troubling the shockingly rude woman at the front desk, and told there was no way they could seat me. So I went away and I will never return to that restaurant, Ever!
