Id say the whole experience was a 3/10. Room didnt not even try to match the pictures provided, staff at the restaurant were incredibly rude and didnt even notify me that my breakfast was free, except one guy who provided an incredible service on the last. Room had no towels, no sandals, no wifi even, broken air conditioning, broken bed, a toilet that barely flushes, no washing machine, no dish cleaning materials ( even tho they asked us to clean them or we will have to pay an extra 100 for the staff ) . And there wasn't even a store nearby to buy anything, had to go all the way to the city. The only redeeming quality was the pool, the best part about it was that there wasn't anything bad about it.

Pleasant and safe

The property is well located in a very nice area outside of Ifrane, with many amenities including outdoor and indoor pools, recreational areas, and nice restaurants. Unfortunately, during our stay in May, many of these facilities were closed or not operating. The landscaping of the property was not very well maintained, and some of the units appeared abandoned, perhaps because it was outside the high season. The apartment itself was spacious and reasonably clean, although only two towels were provided for five people. On the positive side, the restaurant was good, the included breakfast was very enjoyable, and the restaurant staff provided outstanding service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this apartment hotel. The overall condition of the property is extremely poor and clearly neglected. The apartment was not clean at all, and there were many insects, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Nothing seems to be properly maintained — not the toilets, not the kitchen, nor any of the household equipment. Everything feels worn out and abandoned. On top of that, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell coming from the toilet drains, which made it difficult to even stay inside the apartment. I would not recommend this place unless major improvements are made in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

Bonus, high quality price

Grest value for the price but very far from the city center. Not walkable unless you want to go through a lot of residential areas. The showers are not great, cold water and the rod was rusted and fell on me while showering. Staff were very nice and helpful though.

Nice place to stay far from the noise and enjoy the calm but they need a serious renovation. Fourniture in really bad condition and the guy who did checks left the stove on was on for the whole day and i burned my hand because of it ( Thank God it was with electricity not Gaz ) The guy in the pool is far from being a human being and he sking us the key of the flat every single day.

That was the most terrible experience i've ever had! Dirty bathroom, no towels and cold water. Stayed for 30 mins then booked another stay! Please avoid this place!

Starting with reception in the arrival, we stayed for an hour as they can’t found the reservation then they can’t determine the payment. Then we got apartment with no warmers machine which lead to the sickness of whole family. The weather temperature was -2. We were really frustrated from this experience.

The hotel is missing a lot of amenities, and rooms are missing maintenance doors and chalet are not closing…

Everything was terrible,from receprion till rooms condition

The server in the bar was amazing. Other than that the apartment was dirty, the sink was leaking, the door didn’t lock and we had no towels. We stayed there for the pools and one was filthy and the other was drained so none were opened.

Quite spacious and secure. Excellent choice for family with children.

Staff was kind enough, but the appartment wasn't that good, Air conditionning doesn't work well which makes the appart pretty cold. Some windows couldn't be closed which made us worry at night, since we were in the ground floor.

We stayed in a Chalet in December. For the price we paid, it was a great deal. Two bedrooms, a salon, a kitchenette - however the heater in the salon did not work and the electric hob in our kitchen did not work. So I was unable to make coffee or cook anything during our stay. Our friends stayed in chalets as well and in each there was a heater that did not work. Most of their electric jobs worked fine. We live in Morocco and are accustomed to things not working so we planned for it, but for a traveler looking for a more comfortable vacation they may want to stay in one of the more expensive rooms (other friends said those were better) or a different hotel. They advertise an indoor pool but it was closed. There is a restaurant on the property and our friends said it was good. There are also basketball courts and plenty of open space for the kid’s to run around.
