Generally a fine property. In room amenities were sparse(cream and sugar or coffeelots of towels and pool amenities. Jets in hot tub are permanently closed of.

We had a really nice stay! Very nice courtyard with lawn furniture and beautifully manicured! We wish we could have stayed longer!

The breakfast was usually a high-lite of staying here. However, not that it was bad , but it was better in the past. Western Omelletes were lets say, dry and tasteless. The protein servings of ham and sausages was very commercially, bland. Coffee was great as were the waffles and fruit compote

The room smelled like mold. The breakfast area was understaffed and the only lady working there was rude to guests.

Kids loved the pool and yard area. Mattresses were very comfortable. There was a strange smell in the two rooms we had. Musty , and not very fresh. We just left the fans on and enjoyed the rest of our time there.

I had a great stay here solo for business. If you have a family with kids it has a large grassed central courtyard with shade trees and tables to sit at. It wasn’t open yet but there is an outside pool. There’s an inside pool and hot tub open but I didn’t have time to use them. Breakfast is included and they offer the normal buffet stuff along with two waffle irons. The coffee is pretty good and the staff is friendly. My next visit will include my family for R&R.

Everything about this stay was a disaster to say the least. There was a mix up with check in at the hotel we originally booked at so Expedia found us a replacement hotel, the best western being pretty much all that was available last minute. When we got there the lady at check in was stunned to say the least. Took us over an hour and two different rooms to get checked in. Room keys didn’t work and had to be reactivated two out of three day we where there because staff couldn’t communicate the “upgrade” we had been given. I use the word upgrade because that is what the stunned front desk girl told me it was… “a massive upgrade” I believe was the words she used with a heavy sarcastic tone. When in all reality the room wasn’t worth half what we paid it. Any staff we came across either didn’t acknowledge our existence or were incredibly rude. I never met more miserable staff in my life. Will never go back to this hotel.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Only pancakes & waffles with syrup. No eggs, bacon, sausage or other hot Breakfast. !!

Booked a suite. Clean room. Staff were polite. Appreciated the 2 separate bedrooms and comfy beds but blinds were poor and did not block out light well. Both bedroom doors didn't latch so had to push up suitcases on the floor to keep closed. The bathroom door didn't lock and couldn't get outlet to work. Good, quiet location but can really hear the people above and is especially noisy when they have a shower. Breakfast good first day but poor the next with no hot items. Nice courtyard but missing tables to sit outside. Didn't use the pool.

Room was dirty as we open the door we can see the carpet edge ripped and dirt on the floor, called front desk(answer) house keepers no one on site. At night noises coming from everywhere couldn’t have a good sleep, no one acknowledged our concerns , second day breakfast was not the same as first day, waffles dough went from two dispensers to one, and the dough was liquidy you couldn’t eat it, there was no eggs nor hash browns nor sausage, hot top on he second night was full of dirt i had to scoop the dirt out myself. The big one is THEY DID NOT CLEAN OUR ROOM MEXT DAY, even though we had the sign outside the door to clean it, NO NEW TOWELS AND basket full when we complained about it they made excuse oh you didn’t ask for it to be clean( WHAAAAT), by the way NO ONE ASKED US IF THIS IS AN OPTION, then no manager was on site so i had to deal with it on the next day, next day manager wasn’t there at all was working in the breakfast area where the disaster was on the second day of NOT MUCH OF A BREAKFAST. So i waited till the breakfast finished went back asked the from desk where is the manager, he said oh she is not here working on something, so i gave up dealing with them and i checked out and charged me 2.15 $ claiming Expedia didn’t charge me enough tax, i paid and left, expedia should call us to deal with this issue and i want my full cost refunded.

Absolutely loved this hotel and the staff. We pulled in after dark and the lighting was very beautiful, our children thought it looked like a castle from the outside, which added a touch of magic to the trip. The staff was extremely kind, and cheerful, the pool area was really pretty, and outdoor play area for the kids was a big win! Our room was in the perfect area for our family and Everyone of us had fantastic sleeps on the cozy beds. We definitely will staying here again on the next trip to penticton.

Breakfast menu was great, fresh fruit, great coffee. Did not use pool or hot tub. Room, towels bedding fresh and clean, pillows were great.

The english muffins were very hard. I could hardly cut them for toasting.
