Found some other people’s clothes in the closet. Had to figure out how to get power to the bed side table lamps.

This was a friends choice and because we booked last min, there were no other options. Well let me tell you, never again!! Unless you want the feel and treatment of a cheap motel, do not stay here. The place is not kept well, the staff are beyond rude and the breakfast was absolutely not to par for the price paid. Will never stay here again.

Overall very good experience

Our room was outdated but clean! The tub was clogged and backed up after used and the toilet needed a few flushes to go down (called the front desk and the finally came to look at it late the next day). The key cards did not work properly, we had to take them back a few times to reactivate, only to figure out they only worked on one side... The stairs up to the second floor were pretty outdated and a bit scary looking. Honestly could get past this, great pools, beautiful gathering area for families! BBQs, can enjoy a glass of wine outside with family and eat at tables! Worst part, got up to 39 outside.... Air conditioner didn't work great for a few nights and then the last night stopped working all together. Front desk person came up and restarted... But I didn't work. Ask for a room with a new AC unit if booking! An overall ok motel (yes motel!), but a lot of odd rules... Breakfast ok, but small area with a ton of people, get there early!

I took a walk around the property and found that it had really good amenities. Open area with tables and huge BBQ was really good.

Booked. 2 nights at 360 a night check in was supposed to be 4:00 didn’t get in till 5:00 to find an old dirty room with blood on the curtain. They had no other rooms so we left. Hoping I get refunded

If I could give this room less than zero stars, I would. The room was awful, and so was the “view.” We were promised a room with a view, but instead our window looked directly at a white wall. There was absolutely nothing to see except a blank wall a few feet away, which made the room feel dark and enclosed. To make matters worse, there was hair in the bathtub when we arrived, and garbage bags were left sitting outside our room. The room was dirty, misleading, and a huge disappointment. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I ended up leaving after 1 night and staying somewhere else. Staff also not helpful. Was told i wouldn’t receive room service until the second day, even though the room was dirty upon check in

Dated, overpriced for the place, needs maintenance, breakfast consisted of canned items and no fresh food, place needed significant maintenance. Concrete cracked, rust, not very well maintained. Staff were very helpful though.

I stayed for three nights. I expected housekeeping. I called front desk after two nights. Front desk stated that housekeeping comes once every three nights unless requested by the guest at the time of checkin. Front desk didn't tell me at the time of check in. VERY STRANGE TO ME. I had to call multiple times to the front desk to empty trash cans and towels. Staff appears very unfriendly. I give 1 out of 5 stars as far as overall satisfaction.

No extra pillows and didn't clean our room.

Our check in time was delayed for more than half an hour, other than that stay was ok.

It seems like effort was made to keep the property up to date and clean but the customer service was lacking in my opinion! During check in one staff member constantly spoke with the gentleman checking me in while completing ignoring that he was with a customer (me). Meanwhile, even though I requested in the comment section of my Expedia booking that I’d like an early check in there was NO communication as to the availability nor cost of such a thing. Even during my actual check in there was NO mention of an early fee (I checked in at 3:00 pm) yet I was charged an extra $21. And once I was finally able to speak with a live person about the extra charge days later instead of offering a clear explanation for me the lady on the phone just continued to laugh out loud and told me to contact Expedia “because they should’ve mentioned the early check in fees”. Hmmmm?!! Not great customer service in my opinion!!

An absolute 5-star gem in the Penticton area! We had a wonderful stay at this lovely compound and cannot recommend it enough.The outdoor pool area is fantastic—large, crystal clean, fully fenced for safety, and surrounded by a beautiful patio that is perfect for relaxing. The landscaping across the entire property is absolutely amazing and creates such a peaceful atmosphere.If you are traveling with kids, the morning breakfast is incredibly convenient and takes all the stress out of your AM routine.Everything about this accommodation made our family trip easy and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Staff were friendly and tried to help but limited by time constraints! We had to wait almost 2 hours for the room to be ready after the 4pm check in! Lack of cleaning staff as well as desk staff.

Great complex. Rooms and indoor pool area are dated and on old. Could use some updates but all in all a very nice complex with a lovely courtyard and pools. We were only there one night but it would be an excellent place for families to stay.

The breakfast had been decimated and not restocked at 930am.

Property has deteriorated significantly and needs lots of repairs. We have travelled to this location for many years but this is the last time we book here. Renovations are needed everywhere and not worth the high cost of each night. Breakfast was very very limited. There used to be better selection and now there isn’t much to choose from specially if you don’t eat pork. I would suggest bringing pastries and yogurt as an additional option. The worst is it feels like there such a limited amount available and they always run out of food even before the breakfast time is over. Our room had cracked floors/tiles in need of repair. The ac is leaking out to the balcony in every room. Rooms had a musty smell our ac had been serviced and the cover had been removed of which front desk asked us to put it back ourselves since no staff available but we couldn’t get it on properly so we had no choice but to simply just leave it somewhat covered. We didn’t get room service until the third day as per housekeeping we were not on the list. They seem to be short staffed every where and you would expect more for a Best Western. Swimming pool and hot tub needs some tlc as well. Definitely not coming back it’s longer is nice place to stay.

We had to wait over 2.5 hours past check-in for our room because it was still being cleaned, and the front desk didn't even apologize. Once inside, the sofa bed was broken, hard to open, and very uncomfortable. Because of the poor service and bad maintenance, I would not recommend this place and will not return.
