Overall hotel was good. Shower was absolutely terrible. No water pressure and super awful shower head. Room also randomly had loud noise, unsure where it came from. Sounded like it was above us but we were on the top floor, so maybe in the wall. Random hours during the day and night and was very loud so gave us a shock the first few times it happened.

A very good location near shopping and health care. This was a family visit and the setting was ideal. Great value.

I had a deeply upsetting experience with and feel compelled to warn others about their rigid policies and lack of basic human compassion. I accidentally booked a 1-night stay for the wrong date. When I called to rectify the mistake, I explained that my husband had just been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). I wasn't looking for a handout; I explicitly offered to book a 2-night stay in place of the single mistaken night so the hotel wouldn't lose any revenue. Shockingly, management completely refused to waive the cancellation fee for the accidental booking. It is mind-boggling that a hotel in the "hospitality" industry would choose to penalize a customer going through a medical crisis, especially when I was trying to give them more business. If you value customer service, empathy, and flexibility when life happens, do not stay here. They have lost a customer for life.

Everything was very clean and the restaurant upstairs Runway 29 has excellent food and the staff is great

Good amenities. Easy to park and lots of rooms. Close to Kingsway Mall.

There were no hooks on which to hang towels.

The rooms and facility were clean and well maintained. The breakfast offered was well priced, with several choices. Staff were helpful, though unfamiliar with using public transit to get to commonwealth stadium. But that is maybe not difficult to understand.

Unfortunately we only had a few hours at the hotel as our train arrived into Edmonton very very late so we literally walked in, went to bed and left 5 hours later 😢 However what we did see if it seemed impressive and the man that checked us in at 4am was very pleasant.
