Would have liked a microwave in the room and more comfortable beds.

Our room size was great and the bed was pretty cozy!! It was close to everything you needed. Coffee shops, Safeway, restaurants, bakery 😀 We had breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Friendly staff and the food was tasty!!

Every thing was great. Staff was great.

The location is excellent. However, we did not receive any room cleaning over 3 days (requested for 1) and had to call down for numerous items (toilet paper, towels, coffee). The hotel could use an update but overall, is an okay place to stay.

This was my first time staying here. I was very impressed and will definitely stay again. The room was clean, quiet, and had all the extras that you need in case you forget anything. The bed was super comfortable. I only use the restaurant that is located in the hotel for breakfast, and was happy with the menu selection, and even happier with my French toast. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again, instead of Prince George, where I have always stayed.

The staff was very accommodating. Not so much the beds or the pillows for comfort . Definitely need to switch out the pillow cases smell like sweat

I had a fantastic stay, it’s centrally located at the staff are amazing! The cab was late to take me to the airport, so one of the staff that was leaving offered to drop me off! I love the small town feel!

My room had a walk-in shower. It was quite large and had a wonderful shower head.

Hotel right downtown. Close to everything. For an older hotel in a small town it was comfortable

It was a great hotel central to all we needed. The light in the bathroom kept flickering all the time and the light in our entrance way was burnt out, we mentioned it to staff and nothing was ever done about them. It was a hassle to a couple days to find our keys didn't work nor the wifi and we were told it was because we had to check in with the desk each day to renew our keys. It just seemed to us that there were a lot of different staff almost everyday and so maybe that's why things were missed. I had also called a few days ahead to add a night to my existing room and she assured me that was all done but when I arrived that was not the case
