Hands down to the breakfast ladies — they were wonderful! Thank you for the great breakfasts every morning. Unfortunately, our experience with the pool was not as positive. On our first night, my youngest child discovered and picked up feces from the bottom of the pool after the kids had been swimming for about an hour. We immediately notified staff, and to their credit, they closed the pool right away. However, several hours later the pool reopened, and the pool area remained messy for the rest of the weekend. Garbage was left lying around, and even after I gathered it into a pile by the door on the second day, it was still there on Sunday. There were also no pool towels available all weekend. The rooms were okay and clean enough for a comfortable night's sleep, but overall the cleanliness and upkeep of the pool area left a lot to be desired. Pros: Friendly breakfast staff, decent rooms. Cons: Poor pool area maintenance, lack of pool towels, cleanliness concerns around the pool.

Awkward location. Adjusting the temperature in the room was a challenge. The facility, though, was clean and well-kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic!

Had a suite so we had a lot of room. The breakfast food was ok and very convenient so we could grab a bite and get going. The hotel was very busy as thetevwasva concert in the city. We always stay at this hotel. Staff always very friendly with smiles!

I internet was awful

Did not enjoy our stay here. Room was ok but on the first floor looking at the parking lot. People walking by when the window was open. We were near the pool so there were children and adults running and screaming in the halls after 10 pm. Pool was freezing. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Loud maintenance in the hall all day with no forewarning. Staff working long hours and seem poorly trained.

The hotel was under renovations during our one night stay so taking this under consideration for my review. Looks like they are getting a little facelift with new hallway carpets which will be nice when completed, during our stay there was a strong smell from the carpet adhesive etc in the hallway and some construction debris. No big deal for my crew. Room was on the smaller side, but clean enough. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked, Kids enjoyed pool, said water was cold. Found it expensive for the amenities, but in line with other local hotels. Staff very friendly and helpful

The property was in a good location, had a nice breakfast included, rooms were nice size, staff was friendly, pool was okay but was too shallow, gym was small. The main con was that the elevator was not working and we were not given a heads up on that.

Clean room. Decent Breakfast with limited choice. Location wise ideal to get to any place with no/less traffic. Closer to all amenitie.

Room was clean. Curtains were shedded and bare thin. Elevator not working since December. No warning. Itis now May. Friendly staff

Hot tub jets weren't powerful. Elevator was broken which didn't affect us but we felt bad for the older couple ahead of us that were surprised with suddenly having to take the stairs.

The elevator did not work all weekend. So, I stayed in the ground floor. Was noisy. I did not use facilities.

Staff were rude, poorly trained - not in uniform of any kind, if the guy working the desk was not behind the counter using computer, I would have assumed is was staying there. Local kids were using parking lot as a obstacle course with milk crates for the electric scooter. Elevator is out of service, juice machine is out of order, wanted cash at desk for pop and chips would not allow me to bill room. I travel for a living and will not stay here in the future
