Hotel newly renovated which was nice but the customer service has deteriorated over the past year. Poor attempts at cleaning our room after several requests (partially made bed, not changed sheets etc). No water in gym, cleaning supplies in gym allowed to run out. Breakfast was noticeably worse as well, even though the regularly lady who works the breakfast area was lovely

Clean hotel but going through renovations atm...but overall good stag

Hotel was clean, but renovations, ice machine did not work, pool was not working, hairdryer blew up within minutes of turning it on. Not allowed to pay with debit for room have to use credit card and charge full amount for deposit on room close to $600 in one shot whether you like it or not. None of this is mentioned on website prior to booking

They cancelled our reservation so we ended up booking a last minute at another hotel.

Under major construction but rooms and staff were great and managing the best that they could in the conditions.

The hotel is under construction and the workers have zero consideration for the guests! Hammering started at 8am Sunday morning in the room directly below mine. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk it was as if they didn’t care because they already had my money! Don’t ever stay here.

The property was on renovation but no information was shared when you book - when I arrived it was a mess, no parking allowed in front of the building, path with construction material, gym closed, pool closed… I requested to talk with the manager and I was ignored. When I went to my room had a strong smell of cigarette and had to move.. No discount (because the facilities out of order) and zero customer service when you say something.. Never again

Yes, breakfast lengthy as there were several teenage teams in the food area and food ran out. Otherwise stay was very good

Room was dirty. Pulled a chair back to find garbage and wrappers underneath. Carpet felt gritty.

Waterslide was lots of fun for whole family. Beds were super comfy.
