The staff were so helpful and provided the service so smoothly though we reached at midnight. Superb breakfast! Best to stay!

Staff was great, breakfast was very good, but the breakfast room needs to be way bigger, people had to stand to eat. Property is pretty run down in and outside, rooms where not clean, things needed a lot of repair, would I stay again, NO

The room had an odd odour and was very noisy with upstairs tenants. Would not stay again

Young lady checking in was terrific. Good food walkable. Easy parking. Newly renovated rooms.

The rooms were extremely dirty, smelled like smoke and weed, There were bugs everywhere in the room including on the bed. Reached out to the front desk right away and they were no help. Booked 4 rooms and were going to stay the for 3 nights but checked out rightway and the hotel would not respond back for refund of finding a solution. Highly suggest not to waste your money on this one.

Floor in front of toilet spongy, rotten underneath flooring. Toilet leaked from the flushing lever. Enough to make a bath towel wet after two night stay. Floor was not swept or washed and the stove top sticky and not cleaned. Duvet itself dirty around edges. Very noticeably not washed for who knows how long. We had to stay with this because limited hotel in Hinton due to music festival. We were in town for family funeral and our family members in Hinton were embarrassed when we told them what the room was like. The bed though was reasonably comfortable.

The location is nearby to anywhere.

really liked the room. It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the required amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything was in good condition, making my experience pleasant and convenient.

The shower nozzle needed to be replaced

There was a half inch gap between the door and door frame (exterior door) allowing bugs to enter the room. Bathroom door would not close completely. Considering the price for the room, better conditions are expected.

This facility is a motel at best, I don’t know why it’s called a “3 star hotel”. The pictures are very misleading. Not well maintained or properly cleaned. There was some molding and rusting. Check in staff was very unwelcoming. Overall not a good experience at all.

We are members of Hilton and this was Hinton felt like it was like a replica, but lower standards. On entering the rooms, the room had a smell, and mosquitoes in the room. The breakfast area needs improvement.

Clean, well laid out, and helpful staff

This was the worst hotel ever and the fact that it was expensive too. The hotel staff gave a key to the room we were staying in to another person who then entered our room while we were sleeping they didnt care at all and all they could say was okay. Definitely not close to anything worth what we paid for. HUGE SAFETY concern and ofc if anything was stolen it wasn't their fault yet they gave access to our room to another stranger. AND PUT OUR CHILD IN DANGER.
