Took one look at it and decided that staying here was not worth the risk based on how the owners presented the business. Having already paid in advance I decided forgoing the money was an education in doing more preliminary research.

This place is not fit for purpose. We attempted to park in the car park to check in but it was full of damaged vehicles haphazardly covering the spaces. The paths and stairwells were full of rubbish, dirty laundry and disused and damaged furniture. The pool was a cesspit. We opened the door to room 46 and were instantly repelled by the smell of stale tobacco. The room would not have been out of place in ‘The Shining’. We felt very unsafe and did not even sit down in the room. Despite having already paid, we fled. This place should not appear in the listings of any search engine. DO NOT BOOK HERE

Needs some updating in some areas.

We arrived at 3.30pm to check in and one of our rooms wasn't ready. We went out to dinner and the room only became available after 6pm. They were still renovating this room up until then! We booked a single room but received a double. Yay you say! But that extra room was a storeroom full of furniture that they'd moved out of the other room so we could sleep on the bed! Half of the taps weren't connected and the bathroom unfinished. We had a kitchen but no crockery or utensils. The tv was smaller than the size of a computer monitor. There was unregistered cars parked in the way of the entry. And all over the complex! We had booked for two nights, but left at first light! Very old and run down with some undesirable people around. Will never ever stay or recommend this place! Especially for the price I paid!!

Great value, great service. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We were charged twice for a room that was disappointing, lounge room lights did not work, bare electric wires protruding from wall, tap at hand basin did not work, shower tidy rusty and dirty, and carpets dirty, empty cigarette packet in TV cabinet, TV did not work. A credit card number was provided to secure the booking but the room was paid for on arrival from a different account, both accounts were debited. The bed linen seemed to be clean however and the beds comfortable.

Booked a room but when we turned up to check in was told that there was no rooms left.
