Rude reception. Not kid friendly. Unattended vacuum cord plugged in through the pedway door is a tripping hazard.

The jag is a beautiful hotel with everything you could ask for and more!

Staff was wonderful Expedia had the wrong names on the reservation but the staff at the hotel figured it out very quickly they were very pleasant. I have allergies and the restaurants catered to my needs. Definitely will stay at jag again

Stayed here during a business trip and had one of the best hotel experiences ever! The staff kindly allowed us to check in early in the morning since that was when we arrived in St. John’s. Everyone was incredibly friendly and they even still have porters who open the doors for you when you come in. For a few days, we truly felt like royalty. The hotel is beautiful, in a great location and offers excellent value for the price. Generally speaking, St. John’s is a wonderful city filled with warm-hearted and kind people, great foo and amazing places to explore!

Hotel was really clean. Loved the hotel's vibe. Great location. Really enjoyed the bars entertainment on Friday night.

Room was decorated nice and the bed was very comfortable. There were robes, slippers, coffee machine and kit in the bathroom with some toiletries. Staff were very helpful and overall a great hotel. Would definitely stay there again!

The staff were incredible! Truly looking forward to making your experience great. Our only issue was the men’s sauna was out of order and my Husband was really looking forward to it. On our last visit the hot tub was out of order.

First time staying here as we usually stay in Kenmount Road area. Happy to have had the experience. The hotel is gorgeous, not a typical hotel look. Restaurant was good as well. Old Vegas vibe in decor, but in the best way possible. Check-in was a little slow but maybe that’s because it was our first time? If not, maybe that could be worked on a little. Don’t jump to pay for their $19 parking. It was cheaper for us to use a city parking spot since these spots are free on weekends and free after 6 pm during the week. Would definitely stay again!
