Fantastic staff, excellent breakfast. Cleaning staff were great. Rooms were clean and fresh. Parking was challenging and there was no noise insulation between floors. The floors were creaky and you could hear people walking around during the night.

Staff were very friendly and hard working. They were extremely busy with the number of bus groups, additional staff would help Hotel is in need of a deep clean. Breakfast was a nice addition and food in bar and dining room was good once it arrived.

Luggage carts were hidden and we were not advised of where they were located. The luggage carts were over by the restaurant behind the main elevator. Was traveling will a senior with mobility issues and our room was at the farthest end of the building from the elevator

This property has limited accessibility. There are no automatic or power door opening. There was one blue parking spot. It will be difficult for a wheelchair, walker, or small stroller to move about the eating areas. The rooms are older, but clean. My travel folks did not find it welcoming, polite, but not welcoming. The breakfast was not so great.

The room was very clean and lots of room. They had tub chairs not very comfortable, a bit hard. The toilets need to be changed to chair height. There was a restaurant here and the morning breakfast was very good. The host and hostess were both very welcoming and helpful. All in all a very nice hotel to stay at.

Only stayed one night for convenience since it was closer to the airport than our vacation sight 2 hours away. We had an early am flight out.

Clean property, decor is dated, I thought the bed was OK but a bit too soft for my liking. Dinner and breakfast at the Mystique was very good, though the salmon was a bit overdone in my opinion. The location is close to 2 malls.

Property is a little bid aged, yet well maintained and keep clean, breakfast is very simple !
