Annoyed because had to pay for parking, which was not the case on previous visit.expensive for the quality of hotel.

The staff and room was ok but when the fire alarm went off at six in the morning nobody gave us any information only to say it was probably a false alarm as it had happened twice before recently. The food menu wasn’t very good.

Really friendly staff, super clean room, food was also lovely. Would recommend!

1 Night, Nice stay, staff lovely, convenient for my meeting, would stay again, it is dated a little but most Best Westerns are but is mirrored by being a bit cheaper.

I'd made a complete mess up with my original booking having pre-paid with no refunds, however the hotel kindly changed the dates without any penalty. On arriving, the receptionist upgraded my room for a small amount (I got both dates and room type incorrect on my initial booking!). Hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking was easy. Breakfast nice, but not very hot, however that's my only niggle. Would definitely stay again due to excellent service, comfort and close to local amenities.

In general, very good stayed here before and I always had free parking booked with barking I was surprised to be charged for parking, had the impression the outside guest coming in for a drink had free parking. I stayed in a hotel spend money on the bar and in food no free parking not fair.

Room was clean, comfortable and well stocked with toiletries, tea and coffee. Breakfast was a buffet with a good range of styles, it did mean cooked food had been sat for a while didn't look overly appetising. Had little interaction with staff, they were polite.

It’s a great and really convenient location - but will never stay in summer again as no air conditioning was absolute murder

Adequate room, good size and had fan as no a/c. Maintenance poor as the room carpet had a large stain, the bathroom fan didn't work and one of the windows was cracked. No decaf real coffee for breakfast and machine hot water not hot enough for tea. Good price and free parking in Weybridge.

Located central in Weybridge. Parking available. Room was small and basic but the mattress was comfortable and I had a good night sleep. Came home around 11pm and there was no hot water. The staff were not very helpful though on both days that I stayed which was a shame.

It was reasonably priced, food was good. staff were friendly

Staff were extremely polite and very helpful. Room was spacious and so nice to have a bath to soak in after a busy day. Quiet and relaxing. Very convenient for shops and amenities. Lovely food and service. Had a very nice stay and happy to return.

Great stay, convenient location for Hampton Court. Breakfast was good plenty of options and good quality.
