The property is in desperate need of an update and a thorough clean. To be honest I was shocked when we walked in based on the previous reviews that I had read. Our cabin had a terrible smell. We sprayed it down with air freshener several times. The unit overall wasn’t really clean. The bed mattress looked like it had seen better days. To be honest we couldn’t wait to get out of there. I understand that it’s a motel at a budget rate however cleanliness is top priority. The bathroom window was covered in cobwebs and the bedspread looked dirty. I would seriously suggest a deep clean and upgrade to these to these units. In the images it looks a lot better maintained.

Property was presented in clean & neat condition, check in process was swift owner Craig was friendly and also advised some nearby attractions to visit! Wifi was good and large smart tv was a big plus as all the streaming apps were already installed. Electric cooker with solid hard plate is old can be replaced by a ceramic glass top cooker ! Close to main town centre but not walkable

We had a lovely stay, was great to have an area outside for our toddler to play.

We had a lovely stay at the All Seasons. The room had everything we needed - was warm, beds were comfy. My only issue was we were put in a unit with a Wifi router behind the TV. We turned it off overnight for sleeping but it services most of the other units too, so we had to leave it on. The owner did everything he could to get us out of that room, which was lovely of him. Apart from the EMFs it emits, it also gave off a lot of light. I would be happy to stay at All Seasons again but would request not to stay in that unit.

Clean and presentable as always.

Clean crisp sheets, fluffy white towels and felt freshly vacuumed! There were lots of blankets and a good heater in the cabin and the kitchen had everything you need. The property could use a good cobweb clean and some bleach around the shower, but overall it was clean. The walls are PAPER thin. On our particular weekend, our neighbours were having a prolonged fight through the afternoon and night and we were privy to ALL of their grievances, which resulted in almost no sleep for us and our toddler. The hot water tank that seemed to be shared with the neighbours was also right outside our cabin and super noisy and ran for hours into the night. I will stay again but will bring ear plugs!

Great location for a weekend with friends and family. Heaps of activities for the kids (and adults) and a ripping fire pit to sit around when it gets cooler at night.
