We stayed for two nights. The staff were all very good, friendly and helpful. The room and lounge area were very nice. We had an evening meal one night. It was just ok. Breakfast was very good though!! 10 minute stroll to the pier. Parking on road outside. I’d definitely go back.

I recently stayed here with my husband and friends and really enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was lovely.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Room a bit small for a kingsize deluxe - a tiny gap between the bed and the wall on one side to get into it which was a bit ridiculous and the shower trap was not clean. Location is great, and nice stroll into the centre. Lovely sitting out the front for a drink in the evening and dinner was great in the restaurant.

The hotel and staff were excellent, I was welcomed on arrival and was very happy when one young man rushed out to carry my suitcase up the steps. My only disappointment was the lack of light snacks available after 4 pm. I am quite elderly and prefer not to eat a big meal at night. The availability of sandwiches stops at 4pm. There wasn't really anything on the main menu that I could manage. Otherwise full marks on an exceptionally clean and comfortable hotel, manned by pleasant and helpful staff.

Just had a two night stay and was very happy room lovely friendly staff breakfast was spot on bay window for the sea view was very impressive would not hesitate to book again made my short break very enjoyable thanks to all the staff H.jones

Room was clean and a fan was supplied during the hot weather. The carpets on the ground floor were disgusting. Don't they realise they could be cleaned overnight? Food was good.

Not the cleanest hotel I've stayed in shower mat was disgusting

What can I say, from the moment we parked outside the hotel it looked amazing. Receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely and clean, beds super comfy, toiletries and towels of high quality. Tea and coffee facilities well equipped. Evening meal was delicious and well presented, breakfast the following morning was amazing especially the table with the sea view. Wonderful value for money. Would definitely stay again very soon.

Room was excellent with everything we needed and a great view. Staff were all polite and friendly. Breakfast and evening meal were spot on and loved everything about the restaurant from layout to the plates and cutlery. Defo recommend!

Hotel was in a very nice location Lots of parking outside , free after 4pm to 10 The room had a fan, the amenities in the room were nice Breakfast was fantastic and absolutely worth getting Pleasant stay would stay again

The room was beautiful, nice and modern, with a lovely large shower. We ate in the restaurant and had the fish and chips; they were very good would be nice if they gave you a choice of chips, as im not keen on triple, but other than that, great. Breakfast: we had pancakes; they were so light and so yummy. Good choice; menu just needs a little twick ie cranberry juice would be good and porridge, but other than that amazing would definatley go back the asain man who worked breakfast was a joy to talk to, so nice and friendly. Great hotel; would recommend 5 stars all round. Hope to go back next year. Gaynor

We understood parking was available on site. This is not the case. Bank Holiday weekend, we were told to try our luck at street parking. Staff in bar were very nice. To be honest, I was violently ill after eating seafood pasta and one glass of wine at the restaurant. Although I was not angling for anything, I thought I should mention it at checkout and was told it takes 24 hours to get sick from the food. ( Not according to my system). The room had great tea/coffee choices and was very clean and quiet.
