Unfortunately, this hotel was one of the biggest disappointments of our trip to Peru. The room was extremely small, much smaller than the photos suggested, with barely enough space for luggage. The bathroom was equally disappointing, with virtually no counter or sink space for toiletries, making it very inconvenient. The beds were also very uncomfortable. The mattresses sagged in the middle, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing. Breakfast service was inconsistent. On multiple mornings, we had to get up ourselves to find utensils because none were provided at our table. On another morning, our breakfast was completely forgotten until we reminded the staff. What made us the most uncomfortable was being asked to sign a waiver at check-in stating that if anything disappeared from our room, it would be our responsibility and not the hotel's. Regardless of the intent, it was not a welcoming first impression and immediately raised concerns. While the building itself has charm and the location is convenient, the overall experience did not justify the price. Between the cramped room, uncomfortable beds, inconsistent breakfast service, and the liability waiver, I would not choose to stay here again.

First of all, I have to praise the staff in the hotel, they tried their best to accommodate the customers. Now comes to the cons. First of all, the room has not heating/aircon/portable radiator/ or even a thermal

We had a wonderful stay at Union Hotel Cusco! The location was perfect and made it easy to explore everything Cusco has to offer. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing breakfast each morning. The breakfast crew was the absolute best—attentive, cheerful, and they made every morning special. We also loved all the fun classes and activities offered by the hotel, which added so much to our experience. The most memorable part of our stay was Kiki, the hotel’s friendly alpaca. My daughter absolutely adored Kiki and still talks about her! She even says she misses Kiki already. Having such a sweet and gentle alpaca at the hotel made our visit truly unique and unforgettable. Thank you to everyone at Union Hotel Cusco for such a fantastic experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cusco!

Great place to stay! Amazing breakfast.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Room had odd distributions and since we had a quadruple bed, the bathroom setting had no privacy. Also beds where hard for our liking. But overall the hotel was nice and breakfast was good.

This place was great! They had money exchange at a very inexpensive rate, they called us taxi, very attentive to anything. We needed, breakfast was amazing and included! Our favorite part was Kiki the alpaca wandering the grounds when we arrived, she's a resident rescue and she just made our stay. Oh also note that they do have altitude yes there available at all times!!

The Union Hotel in Cusco is a beautiful, charming boutique hotel. It has an old Spanish-style feel, and the rooms were very clean and cozy. Each morning, we were delighted by the lovely breakfast spread and the wonderful team working there. There is also a cute baby alpaca named Kiki, and we enjoyed feeding her.

Super clean , professional and perfect location

Loved our stay here, staff were great, nothing too much trouble. Nice courtyard, sunny or shady areas and cute baby Alpaca. Breakfast was good with choice of eggs/pancakes/ waffles as well as cereals and fruit. Central location made it easy to get around the historic area. Some noise from trains or traffic but this is Cusco!

Front desk staff was overall rude and negligent. Had multiple problems with the room (cold water showers, horribly strong sulfur smell coming from the floor drain) and we were ignored/dismissed. Very disappointed :(

Five stars from me. My flight was delayed and I didn't arrive at the hotel until 2am. The front desk agent was there to greet me and even helped with the Uber driver payment as there was some language barrier confusion. This really helped as I had travelled 41 hours to get there and could barely function. Breakfast the next morning and every day was the highlight of my day with omelettes, pancakes, waffles and great coffee! My dream! This fuelled my all day walks around the city sightseeing. The hotel has an Alpaca named "Kiki" they have adopted and brought a warm inviting feeling every time I saw her in the courtyard. Highly recommend.

Union was very beautiful and cozy, the staff was very helpful and kind to me and my. The breakfast was really good aswell.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was really good and the courtyard was really pretty and nice, complete with the hotel alpaca Kiki.

It was a quaint hotel, very convenient for San Pedro station. Only downsides is I could everything above me and around, like an echo; And the heater was not good at all. Make sure to layer up!!
