Check in and reception staff were really nice. We arrived late so missed dinner. They added a dinner onto our last night instead. Rooms were big. Only complaint would be having to queue a lot. The bar queue was always extremely long. It could take 20 minutes to get a drink. One of the lifts was broken so there were always queues for the lifts and at reception there was usually only one receptionist on so you needed to queue for that too

We stayed for 4 nights with 3 kids 8-10 years old. We loved our stay!! Breakfast was brilliant and the pool and slides absolutely fantastic! We will be back 100%

We had a very pleasant stay and would like to thank the whole team. From arrival to departure, the staff was always friendly, professional and helpful. We would especially like to emphasise the cleaning service, the room was always clean, tidy and very comfortable. The attention to detail has further beautified our stay. Overall, we felt completely comfortable and will gladly come back. Thank you very much for the great experience!

Lovely hotel with all the amenities you need and fantastic staff. Our flight was delayed 7 hours and by the time we got to checkin at the hotel it was 2:30am. The night receptionist was super pleasant, checkin was a breeze, Comfy bed, spacious room, nice bathroom and cute little terrace off our room. Highly recommend

Not good

Room had not been properly cleaned - found an old used razor in bathroom and surfaces were dirty. I told reception and hey just said they would inform housekeeping but offered no remedy or compensation. I cleaned the room surfaces myself in the end. The room was above the restaurant area and the room stank of food in the evening. Did not feel like a 4 star hotel. Over 180 euros for 1 night was not worth it.

We stayed for 5 nights on a family trip and found the room to very spotlessly clean, comfortable and damage-free. The pool area is spacious and clean, towels are a €10 deposit. There is a separate kids area and the main pool doesn’t have a shallow end. We paid for half board and where breakfast was excellent, dinner time was adequate and lots of Mediterranean cuisine. We had assumed that drinks would be included for our half board meals but there was an extra charge, so be careful not to be caught out. We hired a car as there is nothing to do in the immediate area but Arenal is a short drive and Palma is easily accessible too.

The room facilities for disabled guests are totally unsuitable having requested an accessible room. I can't understand how this hotel achieved 4 stars. Ive stayed at better 2 star hotels. It makes the rating system a joke.

La habitación es tal se ve en las fotos. Lo único malo es que no era una cama de dos plazas, sino dos camas individuales juntas y armadas por separado. El agua de la ducha era muy molesta, regulabas la temperatura y constantemente iba cambiándose sola, de helada a hirviendo. Bañarse era un calvario. El inodoro x la noche no tenía presión de agua y no drenaba. El desayuno un 20, más que excelente al igual que el trato del personal. Al limpiar la habitación no repusieron jabón ni cambiaron toallas, solo armaron la cama.

Great hotel with lots of activities for children. We loved the splash park!

Nice short transfer e25-30 in taxi. We were there for a short stay and had a lovely time. Food was fine, rooms were clean, good pool areas. It’s in a quiet location but we didn’t mind that. Our children loved it. Not many English speaking guests or staff but again we didn’t mind. We would return no problem.

Perfect! We would stay here again, such good value for money, the staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful, speak good English. We had such a great time, the breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and bed comfortable, we slept well. Can’t fault hotel at all, thank so much!

The staff was great and even helped us dig through the trash looking for expensive Invisalign that my daughter left in the dining hall. They had some food for us when we came in at 4am. However, the wifi didn’t reach our room and the air conditioning was not good. The windows didn’t offer good airflow either so we weren’t able to cool down the room that way. We were pretty uncomfortable in the room. The buffet was not good. The water went out while we were there but they were able to get it fixed as soon as possible. All in all I would not recommend this property as a vacation spot.

Very clean and good selection of food .... bar closes at 12 and there is no other bars close by so have to get a bus or taxi to bars
