Staff very nice great location clean hotel excellent breakfast

A lovely boutique hotel with very welcoming staff who went out of there way to help. The central location made it easy to get around Paris. We had a standard room which was a bit tight on space especially as we were travelling with 2 large suitcases but very clean with modern facilities

Great location

We loved our stay - the rooms were very nice and clean and the staff were very helpful. The spa was a nice added bonus and was very relaxing. The hotel is in a great location. Super easy to explore Paris, with several Metro stops nearby. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in the local area, and it feels very safe.

Rooms were well appointed and a decent size. Unfortunately the front desk check in experience detracted from our stay - classic French hauteur on display to the point of rudeness. Seriously, if you make a career in hospitality remember that the clue is in the word ‘hospitable’. So, can’t recommend as a welcoming place to stay.

What a lovely hotel! The room was great, well set up for our family of four and very clean. The staff were very friendly and keen to help with their excellent English filling in for our terrible French! The real bonus was the pool in the basement which the kids loved. We will definitely be back!

Friendly staff. Not a vast range of choice at breakfast, but the meat, cheese, fruit juice etc. all of good quality. Pool petite, but good for relaxing.

Rooms are extremely small, you cannot open more than one suitcase. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest either and was not accommodating with early check in

Great location. 10 min from Monmart. Excellent. Room was European size - small - but great shower, elevator, A/C - all worked very well. Breakfast was excellent. Rich with good coffee.

Fantastic staff throughout the hotel, they were so helpful and friendly and recommended where to eat. The room wasn't huge but was so comfortable and welcoming, the bathroom was also lovely. Excellent spa, booked for just ourselves. Very lovely hotel throughout and will most definitely return.

I loved this place. Easy to check in. Great location and comfortable. The bed could be a bit better and the noise outside was a lot but I really enjoyed my stay.

I did not enjoy my stay. I specifically booked this hotel so my daughter and I could lounge at the pool, only to hear that we needed to make a reservation for the pool ahead of time, but it was not always available.

Room was clean and bed was super comfy. That said I think it was slightly overpriced compared to other similar properties close by. Room Was quite small and the terrace was barely wide enough to sit on. I wouldn't necessarily pay a premium for this feature in the future.
