Camera grande e pulita, con letto grande e molto comodo. Bagno grande con vasca da bagno tipo idromassaggio, anche se avrei preferito la doccia. Abbiamo avuto un problema nella camera di perdita d'acqua dal lavandino ma ci hanno subito cambiato camera. L'hotel si trova nel centro di Colon dove tutto è fatiscente, mentre l"hotel è tutto nuovo e ben tenuto

The Andros Hotel and team are always super friendly and happy to help when needed, the location has ample parking, security and the location is totally walkable.

I did not like the area where the hotel was located. The surrounding area was considered a rough and seemed a bit unsafe. Other than that thd hotel was lovely and very clean with friendly staff and service.

I typically have a great experience at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the check-in process was a breeze. The front desk person was incredibly warm and welcoming, one of those people who instantly makes you feel like you’ve arrived somewhere cozy and familiar. My room was clean, comfy for the price. Overall, it was a smooth, relaxing stay with genuinely friendly service. I’d absolutely book again!

Hotel is a good place to lay your head down for a couple days if needed. It’s not luxury and smells very musty/damp. Staff isn’t mean, but definitely not welcoming. There is nothing to do in Colon and definitely nothing to do around this hotel, so if you’re backpacking and wanna check out Colon, just skip it and save yourself the money. There’s literally nothing to do. We thought the reviews were a bit exaggerated, but it’s definitely in a rougher area.

The Hotel Andros is always my go-to when staying in colon Panama, but each time without failure the front desk staff has some sort of issue / attitude. I typically pre-pay my reservations to reduce wait times and hassles but the front desk staff always comes up with a new “rule” in regards to check-in. I’ve never been offered a food voucher, they are not generous with towels and seem not to realize that customer service goes a long way

El personal te atienden muy bien

This is a very nice, classic hotel that is nicely appointed, clean, has attentive staff, and is a good value. The neighborhood around it seems to have aged differently than this well-maintained hotel, but their staff and security kept us feeling unquestionably safe. There is a restaurant on the first floor and that is similarly well staffed. We would gladly stay here again.

La habitación tiene camas cómodas, sin embargo, NO tiene extractor de olores, no tiene cafetera. El servicio de comidas es muy limitado y no abren los domingos. El sector donde se ubica el Hotel es muy inseguro y después de cierta hora, no es recomendable salir. Cuando caminábamos a 100 mts del Hotel, nos interceptó una patrulla policial para preguntarnos si andábamos perdidos (por la inseguridad). El olor del ascensor es desagradable. No tiene piscina. Para ir al restaurante hay que bajar gradas. La comida del restaurante es muy limitada. Tiene supermercado cerca.

Property & staff are excellent. This property location is in ghetto. You can commonly see security & police with shot guns. Even fast food restaurants have armed guard. Don't walk out of this property.
