Nice staff, nice quiet room and the food was nice next door.

Another very comfortable stay for 2 nights. Room service menu was disappointing and had to eat in bar. Food was lovely, but after 7hrs of driving just.wanted to crash in room. Maybe this could be reviewed on a case by case situation.

All ok Barring air conditioning that repeatedley reset to a high temperature. I notified reception when leaving the hotel.

Very nice stay, good quiet air con, ev chargers in car park. Excellent meal in the restaurant. Immaculate garden outside the restaurant with quality furniture.

Wonderful clean with fabulous breakfast

Great accessible room, with Sky TV. Room has been recarpeted which makes it look much better. Small table and chairs outside ground floor rooms which is great when good weather. Fridge, tea, coffee provided with 2 bottles of water which was much appreciated. Staff were great, very helpful and polite. I've given 5 stars but the 2 small down sides for is were 1) Bathroom was clean but has small bits of mould and paint coming off due to the moisture from the shower. 2) People in above rooms not respecting how noisy it would be below. PLEASE do not let this put you off as it was a lovely 2 night break.

Breakfast was fresh and self serving. AC didn't seem to work in the room, but it wasn't need anyway.

On our arrival we were greeted by very cheerful efficient and friendly recepton staff. We ate in the restaurant on both nights and the food was really delicious. Our room was not the biggest however it was spotless. The air conditioning worked very well with no problem.

Nice room

Worst stay I have ever had. The first morning at breakfast the plates were so dirty it put us off eating. We literally went through the whole pile and could not find any clean ones. Didn't bother going to breakfast the 2nd morning. There was an odd smell on the first day when we walked into room but it was stifling hot so put the air conditioning on and left it at that. However the next evening when we returned to the room we walked in and there was a clear smell of drugs in the room which we could not get rid of by opening the window. The room below were also extremely noisy and it was quite late by this point. I went to reception and explained about the smell and the noise and she responded as though this was no surprise at all. She just said that if people are smoking even normal cigarettes on the balconies below then it does tend to come into the rooms above. She asked if we wanted to change rooms but it was late at this point and I expected them to actually deal with the situation. However they did nothing at all, not even go to speak to the room below to request they lower the noise levels. They literally take your money when you check in and don't care after that

Clean room , comfy bed

The thermostats controlling the aircon/heaters were mounted directly in line with the heater outlets so that whenever the heater kicked in the thermostat immediately thought the room had reached the right temperature. This comical setup had been installed in our bedroom and also my sister's room. The name of the installers was, amazingly, printed on the units. The hotel management would be well advised to get the installers back to correct the locations of the thermostats - at no cost to them. Apart from this issue the hotel is a real treasure with a brilliant restaurant. This was our second stay.

Booked this under the VIP banner which allowed me free drink from their restaurant bar. The staff greeted me in a friendly manner and directed me to my room. I had booked a ground floor room which had the benefit of a patio door leading to an outdoor dining area which will be fantastic in the Summer. It also meant I could park my vehicle just a few feet away from the patio door which was massively convenient. The room and hotel itself is really well decorated and clean and my room had a great A/C system and fridge. I used the hotel gym which was not big but was functional and allowed for a good cardio and weights workout with only myself and one of patron using it for the duration of my time in there. There were plenty of dining options within a few miles of the well-situated hotel. I had a great night's sleep and breakfast the next morning was really nice to top off a fantastic stay all round.

Satellite TV was having issues but the staff seemed to know that they have to rectify the satellite TV system
