The hotel is in a great location for travel. Amongst some industrial level buildings. A little bit dated however, the staff, for breakfast were fantastic for what we needed on the run.

L'endroit était impeccable, les chambres très confortables et propres. Tout le personnel était très accueillant et le petit-déjeuner très pratique. Et surtout, le prix était tout à fait raisonnable. Je le recommande sans hésiter. La prochaine fois, je saurai exactement où loger, sans aucun doute.

Every time I go to rigaud which is several times now I stay at this hotel, staff is unbelievable amazing. room and hotel itself is very very clean such a peaceful stay it's in town so it is close to two grocery stores liquor store and several restaurants good breakfast in the morning, again I highly recommend it to anybody

It is a well run location with basic amenities and having a simple breakfast offer is appreciated. Parking is free as well. It is an affordable and convenient location for our family visits. Staff are always helpful and polite. No complaints, only thanks.

Older property without elevators but generally clean and comfortable

La chambre super super salle .. de la nourriture derrière le lit.. le mur avais des colis jaunes et des taches de mains noir le staff de nuit n’a rien pu faire et le matin ils m’ont dit que le responsable allais me contacter dans les plus brefs délais cela fais déjà 1sem et je n’es aucun appel dégoûtant sérieux

Clean room and a very friendly lady looking after the breakfast room.

Friendly staff, efficient service. However, the cleanliness was not up to my standards. Surface level was ok : linens were clean, sink wped down. But other surfaces in the bathroom were dirty (walls, door), and grime was accumulated by the base boards. Granted, the declining state of the hardware doesn't help to project a clean image. I fully understand this is not a five-star luxury hotel. I get that the linens or furniture might not be top quality... but a good wipedown of the bathroom with bleach goes a long way towards a much better image for your property!

The room and dining room are clean and quiet.

This property is an older property but it was clean, rooms had been renovated and were modern. Staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms had a mini fridge and microwave. I'd recommend to bring drinks as there is no vending machine or store on the property. Overall, good value.

The room was very clean and well put together. I loved that we had our own microwave and the jet tub was a nice bonus we were not expecting. The outside looks a bit run down so I was very happy to come inside and see how clean everything was. The
