A lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful . Place was very clean. I only gave 4 stars because there are areas that do need attention . The pool was amazing but the jacuzzi didnt really work. Its also apart of the pool . Pool was cold which meant the jacuzzi is cold too no heat . The steam room unbelieveable tho. They do have a top terrace that needs so much attention such a mess i can imagine it was great once but they havent maintained it and could be a pinacle of the place . . Breakfast was great . But the coffee machine delivers you a lukewarm latte . Now are room was great but the carpet was very dirty and the mattress was filthy. Bathroom was lovely and clean. The hotel is in a great area . 8 mins away from kaurland similar to a lidls and opposite is the emerald bar which cooks you amazing food at a very cheap price . Travelling into sofia is easy using a bus . Hotel i feel would improve if it had more staff and employed a maintainance man . Question is would i stay here again . Yes i would but im so worried that they are running it into the ground as this place has so much potential to be great

Comfortable spacious room.

Room was spacious but extremely dirty. The bathroom had mold all over. There was a hole in the wall. There was a soccer team in the hotel and they were smoking and drinking beers all night but hotel didn’t do anything about it. I’m sure they lost. This place should not be listed at Expedia.

The room was so dirty and disgusting that we couldn't even stay there, had to find. Differ my hotel for the night. Cigarette burn holes on the couch. Couch and chair cushions flattened and covered with human grime. Carpets not vacuumed. Trash on the balcony. Little dead red ants everywhere and spiders in the corner. Had to get out of there so bad that we didn't even ask for our money back.

Excellent hotel, wonderful welcome. The fridge was stocked with water, coffe. The view from the terrace is directly of the city. No complaints at all.

The hotel needs a thorough renovation, replacing carpets, renovating the bathroom, better maintenance of the spa, and fixing the gym that didn't work.

Great location, swimming pool was fantastic and breakfast was very good. Bathroom had black mold in a few places which triggered an allergy. We did not get fresh towels every day.

Relaxing, comfortable, clean. Beautiful views of the hills. Lovely pool.

When we arrived we were told that the room for four (the apartment) wasn’t available. (They took no responsibility for this. Blaming hotels.com for making a reservation for a room that was unavailable) The receptionist couldn’t find our booking. So we were put into two double rooms. The check in wasn’t done correctly due to this. We didn’t pay when we arrived. We weren’t registered with our passports and told about the tourist tax. We were told we could have breakfast and then the next morning told we can’t. The room itself was nice. Although not what we wanted/reserved. The noise from the main road outside was loud. Above us was a restaurant and early morning the moving of chairs woke us up. The pool was ok. But no other facilities were working (hot tub or sauna). The parking was very good.

Bulding is huge but empty, room looks old. Carpet dirty, sofas very old. Spa. Just sauna and jacuzzy no even massage service, gym doesnt work.

We chose this hotel due to its easy access to main roads. Initially the hotel looked deserted and we had to call the reception to guide us to the working section. We booked a twin room, but we were given a double room, so we had to ask for a change. The room was spacious, but there was only one dim light for the whole place.

This was a very clean hotel with great service. The room was absolutely massive with a huge bed.

A very good alternative and one more option for the SPA lovers. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is descent. Restaurant menu is OK.

Original design hotel on the Sofia ring road near mount Vitosha and the Boyana neighbourhood. I did not manage to get to the spa but the suite was very comfortable and I found the design of the building to be original. I stayed at the suite on the 7th floor and the views of mount Vitosha and the city of Sofia were beautiful!
