Staff was not that great. Amazing location. Onsen was hot and cold bath was cold. Best part about it. But pretty much everything was run down for the rate they charged

The hotel is pretty old but was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and the onsen was nice. Was really wowed by the quality of the meals that were served (dinner, breakfast) since the dining area looks pretty utilitarian.

温泉も快適でご飯も美味しかったです、部屋も綺麗で居心地が良いです。また行きたいと思いました。山の中なので仕方ないかもしれませんがWi-Fiが弱いです。

Great place with great view, clean, plenty of parking space, yet it starts to show its age.

For the second time, we came to this place, for a whole week. Ideally situated if you want to ski tour, it is a quiet place with great food, and very nice onsen. Rooms are clean but a bit small when you come with all your ski gear (we were 4 adults in one room). There is also a large room in the basement to store skis, dry boots, skis, jackets... Every evening, we got a really good dinner (many courses). All together, this makes this place ideal!

It’s a traditional onsen hotel, which although is old but well kept. Dinner and breakfast both very good traditional Japanese style. Dont expect the WiFi to work.

山奥でしたが、施設自体はしっかりと清潔でとてもお気に入りになりました！

ラウンジがあり、そこにはなんとビールもあり飲み放題でした。

친절하지 않았고 온천이나 룸이 청결하지 않았음 눈이 많이오고 산경사가 있어 조심히와야함

夕食が酷すぎる。お刺身など、乾燥していて 色が変わっている。 夕食意外は大変良かった。

食事は品数が多く、一品一品がとても美味しく、温かい。ご飯や汁物がバイキング形式でおかわりできるのもよかったです。ラウンジはお菓子やビールが飲めて最高です！ スタッフの方も丁寧な対応でした。十勝岳というロケーションも素晴らしかったです。 気になった点は、登山者が利用する宿なので部屋は長年染みついた汗や体臭の臭いが強くて最後まで慣れませんでした。浴衣も半乾きのような匂いが強く、持参した服で寝ました。
